Clean Room, Comfortable bed, Clean bath and toilet, bigger and spacious room than what we expected. Very kind and willing to help staff. Especially Herbert, this guy was amazing. Location was perfect the metro station is 3’ minutes away. In the same neighbourhood there is a minimarket and a cafe with snacks.

Minor things, but still: Mind that there are stairs and no lift to most of the rooms; I’d say there aren’t many storage spaces, but you have bedtables, hangers, chair so it’s not that bad of course; There was oftentimes an unpleasant smell coming from the ventilation system.

Our overall stay was very pleasant, I would say that’s it’s mostly because of exceptionally welcoming staff! Overall atmosphere is also very neat and everything is thought through. Rooms and other spaces are newly furnished and very bright and cheerful. Breakfast is optional and not too cheap, but still nice continental options, which would cost you more in nearby cafes anyway. Tea/coffee/water always available, it’s very nice to sit on the couch and sip tea after a day of walk! A very good supermarket nearby, metro station just 2 minutes away but sadly was closed during our stay. Otherwise a 10-15 minute walk to Termini, Colosseum, Santa Maria Maggiore and public transportation options to reach any part of the city. I get cold easily, but there was a nice additional warm blanket in the room so it was fine.

Would have preferred to have a normal socket for charging as the one they provide its only for a USB plug and not the whole charger.

Nice and clean room, could go everywhere but with a transport mostly as its own around 20 or 30 minutes walking so still not that far location.

Kinda shady localisation, walk from train station wasn't best.

Great place to stay, rooms are clean and tidy, hotel is close to the train station and metro, 15 minutes from colosseum. Welcoming and friendly staff, they managed to work everything out for me after error in my bookings.

Don't expect a great entrance. The entrance door is not the easiest in the world to find.

The location is excellent. The hotel is highly convenient. It is run and attended by people who'd do everything they can to be helpful. Once in the lobby, you're in a quiet, clean, modern and comfortable place. Highly recommended if you are traveling for business, besides tourism. And, they accept dogs.

The staff is very friendly and outgoing. The location is quite convenient, not far from the metro station and quite close to the Roma Termini. The room was clean and spacious. Recommend it!

Room was smaller than expected. Pillows were not comfortable at all. They give you 2 very thin ones were one is too thin and two were too thick and we could not find the best way to make them comfortable. The location is close to Colosseum but far away from all other main attractions, so a train is needed for these.

The hotel is very modern and clean and staff were so nice and helpful. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel which is helpful.

The location is great, we walked everywhere. The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was also good, and offered enough choices for us, we were happy with it. I defenetely recommend this hotel. (Also worth to mention that the restaurant on the other side of the street is great!) We would return anytime!

It's not anything major but we didn't expect the window not to open completely and not to be able to see outside ( the window had matte glass ).

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, very close to the Colosseum. The staff were very nice and helpful, we got some good restaurant recommendations from them.

Practically no sound insulation between the rooms, so every noise and sound from the neighboring room could be heard until late night. We could not really rest while staying there.
