Maybe just the size of the bathroom / shower but that’s only a minor inconvenience

So close to the ferry , restaurants , the property was clean , aircon worked really well, great breakfast and really friendly staff - we interacted mainly with Michael and Elizabeth and they were always helpful and warm.

Just one “hitch” in an otherwise perfect stay…Unfortunately, I needed to change room (from 3rd floor to ground /1st floor) due to bad weather that caused a leak, to an apparent, known problem with the skylight above my bed; right after I had returned exhausted, from the day “out” exploring (& in pain)…& was resting on my bed. It was an inconvenience (and time -wasting) to need to change room…especially moving my clothing, packing up and unpacking again. (I am recovering from serious illness, so it was especially difficult logistically…though I did not complain.)

Very well-managed, family B & B. Genuinely “beautiful” people who make you very welcome!!! Well-functioning and comfortable room with quaint “Italian touches.” Spotlessly clean always & in all area! ( I noticed the cutlery covered with linen serviettes and hand sanitiser throughout the B & B.) Excellent, friendly and efficient room -serving Very enjoyable breakfast to look forward to each morning…with excellent selections! Lovely juices…& even fresh honeycomb, which I loved! Great scrambled eggs and delicious, crispy croissants too! Top coffee, courtesy of the kind and very hospitable, “Michael.” Beautiful, serene garden-setting in which to enjoy breakfast, set around a towering, 150yr old Lebanese cedar tree! NOTE: There are 60 plus stairs if you walk up the stone-paved stairs of “Salita Plinio” from the ferry departure area. (Michael was wonderful carrying my heavy suitcase downstairs; Thank you again!) Tip: On arrival, take the street that is a ramp on the far left as you face the “climb” …rather than the stairs, to make life easier…I did not know until after!🙄)

Amazing, friendly and proactive staff. Ideal location for staying at Bellagio - located in one of the alleys, right on top of pleasant restaurants, in mid hight of the hill so going down to the river (to swim or to the ferries) or up to the shopping street is a step away. The hotel itself is lovely and gives a boutique feeling with its perfect patio and roof top looking at the lake. and , on top of that, breakfast was great :)

Staff are so friendly. They looked after us so well. We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was absolutely perfect for our small group/family. Beautiful courtyard and breakfast room. Clean rooms. Perfect location - 30 seconds walk to the ferry / water / restaurants / shops. Best value for money in Bellagio.

Because the hotel is located very centrally in Bellagio, and Bellagio has a lot of cobbled streets on a steep slope, there are quite a few cobbled steps to get to the hotel. As a fit healthy adult I managed okay, but if you are carrying a lot of luggage or not able-bodied you may find it difficult.

Very pretty location - lots of tourists were stopping to take photos out the front. Beautiful room, friendly staff, great location in the centre of town. There was a wide selection of very good quality food at breakfast.

The type of hand shower is something I have never seen.. it pores are so thin that you don’t feel the water and with high pressure it even feels annoying, especially on face.

It’s a beautiful property, perfectly located and the whole experience of staying there was wonderful. Especially the terrace and the breakfast experience in green bright ambience lifted our spirit each and every day..

The property is very well kept, very clean and tidy. I was met with lovely enthusiastic staff who were very helpful and friendly. As such I felt my stay was comfortable and pleasant. Comfortable bed and with all the necessities that comes with it. The property sits near atop of the alleyway stairs which I liked, it’s an area where bars & restaurants are close by but also close to the scenic spots of Bellagio like the Salita Serbelloni steps.

Location was so so good. It's just up the stairs. Like a little bit of stairs. I saw other people take their bags all the way up but not me thankfully. The hosts were amazing. They helped me with the bag and made me feel at home. The breakfast was exceptional. The freshly made warm pasties have my heart. It felt like home 💖

The room was slightly dated - would recommend adding more USB outlets for charging.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Bellagio but is still quiet and private. The staff was incredibly friendly. My favorite part was enjoying breakfast in the courtyard each morning.

Hotel Centrale Bellagio was a great place to stay during our 2 nights in Bellagio. Excellent location in the heart of bellagio, friendly staff, good breakfast, great air conditioning. Wifi was slow however, this could have been improved. Transportation to Bellagio is challenging if not using the ferry (which stops running around 7), and getting a taxi is difficult, so plan accordingly.
