We generally loved our stay; however, travelers should be aware that sounds carry easily from the hallway and bustling restaurants below, which may disturb very light sleepers.

Charming, rustic B&B in an old Italian house with a beautiful garden and terrace with slivers of lake views. Centrally located near the Bellagio waterfront with very hospitable front desk staff, clean and well appointed rooms.

The very steep climb up a narrow passage to get there.

Very charming, with wonderful restaurants and shops just around the corner. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful private garden with lovely plants and serves a great breakfast.

Again the room (303) and the bathroom were both very clean and tidy and our bed was comfortable, with ample lighting but the bedroom itself was a bit on the small side. We booked a three day stay, but if we had stayed for a week, it lacked enough storage for more luggage other than putting cases on the chairs, and there were no places to hang coats etc (when wet).

Staff were friendly and helpful - especially Mikel who went out of his way to help every time we approached e.g. train strike. The hotel was immaculately clean and tidy throughout and the breakfast was good food with a wide range of free choices to suit varied tastes and individual needs (e.g. fresh honey) and the staff were always there to meet any requests etc. The location of the hotel was ideally close to both the promenade and the upper high street and shops, but any guests with mobility issues might find the stepped access a challenge. There is a really nice outside courtyard/patio space to relax when the weather suits. Thanks

The only thing I didn’t like was the steep climb up the steps to the hotel. Other than the main drag, Bellagio is built into a mountain and everything not on the Main Street is either up or down. The rooms are not sound proof so you could hear guests speaking in the hallways and in their rooms.

It was a small family run hotel in the centre of Bellagio close to many restaurants and shopping and also a short walk from the Melzi Family estate and gardens which are absolutely gorgeous. The staff at the hotel were lovely and very friendly.

Not aware we have to go for 61 steps while we brought big luggages. Wifi in the room was suck, need to improve it. Amenities like soap, shampoo was very limited even not enough for our 2 nites stay

Everything was perfect 👌🏻

The friendly staff were great, helped me with my luggage on the steps which I was super grateful for as a solo female traveller. Made me feel very welcome. The beds were very firm but that’s how I like them so I was super comfy. The breakfast was delicious and I loved the charm of the place. The church bells ringing close by on the hour were nice. I loved my stay here and will be back.

There was nothing I didn't like.

My room was cosy, clean and comfortable. I had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and sideway view of the lake. Location of the hotel was excellent, surrounded by little cobbled streets, shops, restaurants and a short walk downhill to the lake and ferry port. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff lovely, helpful and friendly
