I have no complaints about the property. I can imagine it gets quite warm during heat waves, but it was comfortable to sleep at night during our stay and we had no problems.

The hotel is a short walk away from Milano Centrale, which is an excellent selling point. The room we had was very clean, and we were able to check in after their regular check-in hours due to a train delay. There was a fan in the room, and we took advantage of the cooler night to open the window. Other reviews have pointed out that there is no AC. I have found that most residences and many businesses do not have AC, and I have learned not to expect it in Europe. I thought the one fan was sufficient for the temperature, although it was mild (65-70 fahrenheit at night, 85-90 in the day). Other reviews have pointed out the that the shower was very small. In my experience (as a 5'8" ish slightly overweight male), I was able to shower comfortably with no problems. In all, great facilities, great staff, great location. For what you're paying (in a extremely commercial and metropolitan city), it's a good deal. Recommend.

There was no air conditioning. Being on the top floor of the hotel and only given a small fan in the summer heat was aweful especially after climbing the stairs to get to the room in the first place. This is probably listed on the hotel's info but I missed it and I don't want others to miss it. If it wasn't for the AC we would have loved this place as it had everything else but with teenagers and heat this is all we heard about.

The staff were nice and helpful. As they both speak Italian and English at least, we could communicate well. The experience of having an Italian breakfast was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and we always had supplies renewed.

Location was 15 mins walk from Milan central station. No lift so had to carry my own luggage on first floor. Cannot drink tap water so had refill my bottle but there was no water in breakout area at night.

Rooms were hot and one of them did not have a fan making it very difficult to sleep, especially with the uncomfortable (hard) beds. But for the price of a single night stay and its close proximity to the train station you can't be to upset.

Location to the train station makes if an easy 10-12 min walk in the morning to catch a bus to Milan-Bergamo Airport. It also has a few close by bus stops and a metro station making it fairly easy to get into town to the Duomo and Galleria.

Shower was tiny for the size of the bathroom. Difficult to wash properly with minimal room (and I am only small). 2nd floor was too hot, no air con. Rooms was roasting. They did provide a fan after the first night which helped us sleep slightly better the second night
