A charming hotel set in the heart of a busy Naples. It is set in amongst a beautiful street and yet as you enter the courtyard through a heavy set door you are in a more quiet zone.

The beds are next to the doors and you can hear people walking by very clearly. Some wake me up at night but this depends on the customers not to the hotel itself.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and very authentic. The location is also good. You can find many things nearby.

the hotel is in a very convenient location only a few minutes walk from a Metro station and from the port which is also served by the airport bus. It is a few minutes walk to the waterfront, to the galleria shopping, to the Palazzo Reale and the opera house. It is in a small courtyard off a local shopping street with outlets, cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a good continental style and the rooms were a good temperature. The bed was Kingsize and supercomfy, the bathroom was small but clean and provided all we needed.

The street below is noisy and the windows are not soundproofed so I was waken up multiple times during the night by barking dogs, rubbish trucks, motorbikes and cars, or rowdy passers-by. AC did not work.

The location is great, just 20m away from Piazza del Plebiscito. Staff were helpful and courteous. Many restaurants and shops close by.

Parts of the room were a bit tatty. The bathroom wooden fixtures particularly. Nowhere comfy to sit in the room.

Taxi couldn't drop off or pick up in front of hotel because cars not allowed on the street. Taxi drop off and pick up were very close, but it would have been nice to know this before we got there. Also the hotel is kind of hidden through a doorway. Better instructions to find hotel would be nice.

Great location, air conditioning worked great. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. The breakfast staff was attentive and fast. Room and bed were very comfortable

Pros - The staff, the location and overall service! The rooms are also tastefully done. Cons - The room sizes are not very big & if you are travelling with kids or multiple luggage bags, room may be a little tight.

Old fashion stylish hotel inside a historical “palazzo”. Great location at the heart of Neaples in a cosy pedestrian street. The breakfast is really good and the staff professional. Good value for money.

The breakfast area is cramped. Also, the hotel booked at taxi for us, to take us to our next hotel. Unfortunately, the driver took us to the wrong town and then tried to charge us for his mistake! Not entirely the hotel's fault but perhaps they need to be more careful about which taxi firms they use. I emailed the hotel to alert them to the issue with the taxi but they have not responded.

At night the area was a bit scary and it was impossible to find. Lucky a young man helped me with his phone to find it and even more lucky someone just came out of the big door - locked at night. The taxi driver had just dumped me at the beginning of the street with my luggages not bothering about helping me if my safety. I was the only foreigner.

The location is great. It is on a pedestrian only strip so taxi was able to drop us within 100m. Comfortable room with very good breakfast and staff.

The room was painfully small. Impossible to move without knocking something over. The elevator didn't work all the time. The bathroom shelf most impractical. Stepping out of the very high bath onto the onto the glass like tiles is dangerous.

The location was really good. The staff were very eager to help. They spoke English. We had a lovely small balcony onto the pedestrian mall. A/C worked well. Good breakfast and staff. Complimentary caked in the afternoon a nice surprise.

The air conditioning unit in the bedroom had an obscenely bright light on it that would turn on every hour or so as the temperature changed and would literally illuminate the entire room and kept waking us up.

Cute little hotel in the middle of Naples historic centre, but very quiet and set back from the busy streets. Large, comfortable rooms, with excellent Air conditioning, also a nice breakfast served in the dining room every morning. It was a little pricey for one night, but a very good quality hotel.
