Some towels had a light stain, and didn't smell super nice. The room didn't have enough seating options, or desk to work on.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and enough options. The hotel was very clean overall, and the staff were really friendly.

The only disadvantage was shower, the water was cold or hot there was no middle temperature. Maybe it is fault of the city not a property. For summer nice as we want fresh shower.

The hotel may not be the newest, but we highly recommend it! At the beginning you are greeted by incredibly nice owners. It's really rare to meet such nice and helpful people. The hotel has a very convenient location (there is a bus stop right next to it). The offer also includes tasty breakfasts. We definitely recommend it.

I cannot thank enough Cinzia, the owner/manager, whose generosity, good heart and helpfulness were indispensable during our short but tumultuous stay due to a hospital visit. Her kindness in offering and then driving us to from and again to the hospital in Decenzano were a godsend. Also, the breakfast is very generous, tasty, sumptuous and served with kindness and class. Finally, the hotel is located close to the lake, bus stop and restaurants yet is very quiet. I definitely will be returning. Thank you again for everything, Cinzia.

In the 10 years we are visiting Gardasee this was the best hotel we stayed at. The staff was nice and helpful in every way . Lady on the reception speaks very good english, deutsch and french. Rooms were clean, smelled nice , there was enough room to store our clothes, mini fridge, TV , every day fresh towels ( extra towels for the pool ). Beds were comfortable with 2 pillows . Pool was a good size opened 10 am to 7pm. Enough sunbeds, umbrellas, cushions free of change. Breakfast from 8 am to 10 am. There was a lot to pick from. All kinds of bread, cakes, yougurt, jams, nutella, ham, salami, cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, tomato and mozzarella... Parking free of charge. Thank you we enjoyed our stay and our next trip we willl come here again.

The property is very well located, the couple owing the hotel are the most friendly hosts and very helpful. The room/hotel was incredibly clean, modern and even had a pool - perfect for kids or when you feel lazy and just want to relax. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food. we would definitely recommend to stay there! You will not regret it.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great for both walking, running and taking the bus. It's in close proximity to the entrance of Sirimione. This hotel is located within a quiet, but well landscaped/maintained neighborhood. It's walking distance to several caffe bars, restaurants, the bus stop to other cities, etc. The staff was really kind and spoke a minimum of 3 languages perfectly fluently. I heard Italian, German and English all in a few hours. The rooms are very clean with bright design. The bathroom was beautiful even though the style was older, the actual bathroom fixtures looked brand new. I really liked the shower, it was spacious. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in in an Italian hotel, I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. The breakfast was wonderful with a full selection of cornetti, bread, cheeses, meats, yogurts, juices, fruits, cappuccino/espresso/macchiato, and eggs made to order. I was particularly happy about the eggs, because it's not always available in Italian hotels with inclusive breakfasts. I did see a pool outside, but it wasn't open the first weekend of April which seems to be standard in Europe/Italy. I'd love to return to the hotel, it's lovely and felt very welcoming.
