We like pretty much everything. Darya has been very helpful. This apartment is modern and super nice. Very close to Colosseum, restaurants, grocery store, and taxi stand. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely apartment and Darya was reachable via whatsapp for questions and access instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Location fabulous (very near coloseum) but still located far enough for it to be quiet residential street away from tourists. Would definitely visit here again, i highly recommend staying here. All amenities provided and it was great to have a separate living room/kitchen with everything we needed. Thank you for having us stay :) Sally and Mehmet

Location was excellent, very close to the colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill and an easy walk to lots of the other historical sites. Darya the host was fantastic, keeping in contact and making sure everything was good in the apartment. She gave advice on buses and restaurants. There is a handy luggage storage facility in a nearby street and a very friendly Irish pub close by. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. It is located very well - 2min of walk from Colosseum, walking distance from other great tourist attractions. There are also bus and metro stops nearby so can easily go where you want in Rome. It is also great that there are many facilities close to the apartment such as supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc. On top of that, I must say that Darya is a great host. She’s very helpful, making sure your stay is the best possible experience :)

Everything was perfect, nothing negative

This apartment is truly amazing! You feel like you're among the locals, yet it's very centrally located within a short walking distance from the Colosseum. Convenient supermarkets and charming eateries surround it. The apartment itself is also fantastically maintained and very clean. Perfectly equipped for cooking (although, of course, it's more enjoyable to dine out), with essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee cups all provided. And then our host, Darya: she is amazing! Very professional, helpful, and friendly! We couldn't have wished for anything better during this delightful mother-daughter trip. In short, if you're looking for a comfortable apartment centrally located in Rome but not too busy (it was wonderfully quiet inside the appt. allowing us to head out refreshed after a good night's sleep), this is definitely a recommendation. —> take us back please☺️

The only problem was the hum from the neighbouring apartment from the air conditioner or something like that . So if you are a light sleeper, take earplugs.

The location and the apartment was great! You will find everything you need in the flat for a comfortable stay. In the kitchen there ware dishes, glasses and coffee machine with coffee capsules. In the bathroom also we found everything we needed even slippers :) The owner on the apartments was very nice.

Excellent choice for our trip to Rome over Christmas for our small family of 3. My husband and I had the king bed and our teenage son was in the expanded area (with bed and wall separating). Fully loaded apartment: wash machine, full kitchen, HUGE closet for storing clothes and suitcases, huge full bath w/2 sinks and 1/2 bath, plenty of comfy couches for watching holiday movies (loaded with Netflix and other apps). We were delighted to find laundry & dish detergent, coffee pods, paper towels, extra toilet paper, shampoo, soap, slippers...and more. (Often these staples aren't provided and you have to go out and purchase them yourself). Location was perfect - short walk to grocery store, the Coliseum and main attractions in Rome. For longer distances, Uber or Taxi (uber partners with local taxi drivers (smart!) took only minutes to pick us up. We didn't take the train anywhere, but station was close by. Beds ran a little firm, but comfy. Automatic shades in all rooms, especially nice to keep bedroom dark for sleeping in. No noise and very quite, despite being right in main section of the city. Place was spotless/very clean. Host was exceptional -met us in-person both upon arrival and departure, recommended neighborhood restaurants (all were excellent that we dined at) and following up during our stay if anything else was needed (more towels/coffee). We are recommending to friends visiting Rome later this year and we would book here again in a heartbeat.

Honestly, the apartment was fantastic, so I don't think I could fault. We loved the whole experience.

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance to the Coleseum (and the Metro) with lots of bars and restaurants around. It was well fitted out (we had the 2 person apartment) and very comfortable. And amazingly clean! But the highlight, I must say, wss the hostess, Darya. She was amazing! She reached out to us via mobile/Whatsapp then kept us fully informed before and during our stay. She met us on arrival then again on departure. She showed us how everything worked, and also explained about the various sights and restaurants around the area (she never rushed and spent so much time with us). Such car and attention we have not experienced before in any place we've stayed. I would definitely recommend - and will definitely try to stay again here whenever we come back to Rome.

The hostess greeted me and was very helpful in getting me settled in. She provided details about the accommodation, provided a map of the area and made recommendations of sites to see and restaurants to consider. This space provided ALL of the amenities I would expect in a reservation… and MORE! Strong WiFi. Comfortable bed and pillows (most important) and the personal touch was appreciated. ALL 10’s!!! ❤️😊

There is a small central heating in the bathroom but it was not turned on yet in the whole building, not easy to dry wet towels or wet clothes. A huge photo on the living room wall is rather erotic, not for everyone's taste I guess.

The location is great, 5 min walk from bus- or metrostation and 5 min away from Colosseum. The street is quiet, so was the building when we were there. The apartment has a good size bedroom with 1 double bed and plenty of closetspace. The living room includes a big couch, small table with 2 chairs and open kitchen. There are 2 AC's in the apartment for cool or hot air. The host welcomes you with the keys and is on call for further information if necessary. There were some complementary coffeecup available.

The apartment and balcony were smaller than expected. The furniture in the living room overpowered the small space.

It’s a perfect location in relation to the great Roman sites. We had a fantastic hostess, who frequently checked on us, to insure that we were doing well.
