Cozy, very clean and located in a nice and safe area (very close to Vatican). The cleaning was done every day, the host(Enrica) was very friendly and helpfully.

The Guesthouse was walking distance to Vatican and Castel San‘t Angelo , also near to the Metro. I also like that the host comes everyday on fixed time to clean the room. Enrica was also very active since I booked the Guesthouse. She is friendly, sends clear instructions on how to check in and out of the place, instructions to find the guesthouse, gives suggestions of Resto , Cafe‘ , and places to go to for free aside from the famous tourist spots in Rome. We also really like the Jacuzzi after every end of the whole day walking and roaming around Rome☺️

The main draw for choosing this accommodation was because of the jacuzzi in the bedroom and Wow it definitely held up to my expectations. The building is authentic and the room was very pretty. It was spacious, immaculately clean, it had a TV with Netflix on, water tea coffee and cakes. The jacuzzi was so nice and relaxing after a long day traveling and exploring the amazing city cites. It filled up fast in the evenings and the water was a lovely temperature. Both the hosts were amazing and so helpful. They literally helped us with every aspect of our stay with recommendations for breakfast lunch dinner, supermarkets and taxis. They really did go above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. The property was literally round the corner from the Vatican and we visited it on a Friday afternoon at around 3pm and only queued for 20mimutes and paid 20 euros each once inside. A definite must see. The colosseum was an hour walk from the hotel and along the way we saw so many beautiful sights. It did not feel that far at all. The taxi rank is 5min walk from the accommodation also. There is a ticket office opposite the coliseum where you queue to buy tickets we opted for the full tour for 22euros (that only gets you in one extra bit) there was a cheaper one at 16euros.

Location was great, especially for Vatican City. It was clean and the host cleaned the rooms daily unless I asked her not to. She always provided water and small treats. Very responsive.

Highly helpful landlord and very highly responsive on whatsapp. She goes out of her way to help you out and to suggest locations like good restaurants etc. We travelled with a 2year old son and we had no issues with the room. Very good. Highly recommend

Nothing we didn’t like. Guests shouldn’t expect a ‘new’ building - it is a traditional building for the area & therefore the floor is not level in parts, and the lift is old-fashioned (only fits two people, or one person plus suitcases, but we enjoyed walking up the marble staircase so it was fine). These things add to the charm :)

Our hosts Enrica and Francesca were very lovely and so kind. The room was cleaned beautifully every day and the location is perfect for the Vatican and other tourist destinations. Delicious pastries and cakes upon arrival, and a coffee pod machine.

Two sets of keys !!

The location of the property was great; the many locks and doors were a bit confusing. Also there was only one set of keys which made it impossible for us to do two different things at the same time because we had to coordinate how to get back into the room. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfy

The main bed was a challenge for a side sleeper. It would be amazing for back sleepers.

Francesca was very communicative using WhatsApp, upon arrival she made sure I had everything I needed including directions and answered all the questions I had. Room was super clean and icing on the cake was that they had free lockers for your luggage that you can use so you can make the most of your time and do sightseeing before or after your stay.
