The Americano coffee in the morning could be better. Felt a bit like instant coffee, so I ordered espresso instead, and it was good

Everything was great.

The room was so cosy and comfortable, the shower was great. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was so helpful, even giving us tips on where to visit in the area. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Tea and coffee making in the room would of been great, especially so you could have a morning drink on the balcony. Other than that I can't think of anything.

Really nice location, balcony was great, breakfast was very nice (lots to choose from). Close to walks, cable cars, shops, cafes etc if you want to stay local (Use the cable cars if you are staying!). The host and staff were also very nice.

Can’t say there was anything that I didn’t like.

Great location, perfect view. Enjoyed the balcony early mornings and late night. The rooms and whole place was pristine clean, spotless, well done to the amazing staff! Delicious, abondent, fresh breakfast served by the delightful, joyful staff. Giorgio, checked us in and made sure we have everything we need for the duration of our stay. He was available from the moment of the booking until the check out. Provided us with helpful advice on trips and hikes. Altogether has made our dolomitic trip a memorable one.

Wonderful, friendly place with a great team. The breakfast was outstanding, and an equally fine dinner is available to opt into if you want to eat there some or all evenings. Convenient for the Piz Sorega Cabinovia; the hotel has an arrangement with the ski depot nearby so you can leave the skis and boots there each night.

Breakfast is fabulous, as was the entire kitchen staff -- readily helped with dietary needs and options, adding to a seemingly endless selection. Apres-ski celebrations added a nice touch -- were fun and free. Advice on skiing itineraries was invaluable -- followed host's recommendation to find neat sites and sights to tour. Hotel offers a near-lift proxy ski-room location which was well equipped and very convenient.

Very friendly and helpful staff . Gave a lot of tips for our trip . Great breakfast, lots of fresh fruits. Convenient location to the gondola (5 minutes easy walk through the scenic town, even quicker without skis, a lot of people were just walking around the town to take in the views. (We left our skis at the ski service at the bottom of the gondola to get waxed so we won’t have to carry them back and forth, lots of ski rentals too at the bottom of gondola)

Everything was great at Ciasa Roby. Particularly liked the cozy atmosphere and friendly personnel that made us feel like home. Also the small restaurant for guests was a nice surprise, food was excellent (congrats to the chef!). All in all, a welcoming villa where we would book again in the next years. All the best! Everything OK.

Good location near village center. Friendly staff, we reserved a room for 3 people and got another single room for free just because they had it available. Good breakfast with nice selection.

The walls felt a bit thin at times and as such, the noise of the other guests was at times a bit upsetting.

We had a very pleasant time here. The staff were very friendly. The owner an absolute delight. The room was very clean, the breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The location is very near the town centre and fairly close to the ski lift. The possibility to store the ski gear near the slopes is a real advantage.
