You can here the people next door (from the room next door) as if they were in the same room with you. Very inconvenient when people check in at 10pm,take a shower at 1am or put a laundry on at 11pm ... The WiFi network is terrible !

Proximity with the train station is very convenient. Close to buses metro and trains. Very good Chinese restaurant downstairs.

Really good and polite staff. The room was clean and has everything you could need. Good location. Near to termini. Below the hotel there are restaurants and bars where you can have breakfast or drink until late at night. And next to hotel, there were places where you can leave your luggage in storage even after check-out. It was a very good solution for my case that I had a late flight.

Location was literally one block off train station. Very quiet room. Nice kitchen area and table to relax and coffee drink.

1)As it is very near to Termini, the crowd are very rowdy and noisy especially after 10pm. Many nights after 12am, many loud arguments and screaming from the streets below. Just close the windows do the trick. 2) the sofa bed is very uncomfortable for adults as the middle of the bed has no support below, so your body is cave in when you sleep and you feel very uncomfortable in the morning. The other 2 normal beds are good. We took turn sleep on the good beds. 3) i was pickpocketed in bus 64, police says this 64 route is common pickpocketed as the bus route is along sightseeing spots and tourists will hop up and down . Tips advise, crowded bus, avoid by all mean. My journey was 3 stops and lost my wallet at 2nd stop. They are so fast on crowded bus and work with 2-3 pickpockets. BUT ROME is still beautiful, full of historical sites and rice in culture country.

The location is definitely super convenient, 1 mins walk to Termin and within 30 mins walking distance to all tourists sightseeing location.

Neighbourhood is quite sketchy, lot of imigrants as usual is around big stations. Isolation is not good, people were watching football next door, we felt like sitting in their living room.

Great location near Roma Termini

When we arrived it was really cold outside, however the heating wasn't turned on and we had hard time getting warm the first night. The apartment was worse than the pictures shown in the advertisement and isn't actually present in these pictures. The rooms were not very clean and there was dust on most objects and some spider webs as well.

The location is really good, it is close to the termini station and the metro station. Colloseum is on walkable distance around 25 minutes. Other attractions aren't far too. The guy who showed us around the apartment was kind. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed.

It is a central location and close to the main train station. A good palce for a short stay. Also the historic places are accesible by metro.

Good choice if you need a close location to the train station--it is only a 5 minute walk. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen to use for making breakfast etc.

Vincenzo is very kind and friendly. Location is perfect - some minutes walking to Termini station. From station is possible use all transports - bus, train or metro. It is good, that in this place is kitchen and private bathroom.

The bathroom was not very clean. Very noise, shower really small and there were cockroaches always (small ones, but not really a good experience).

The location is amazing. The bed was also good and space is good enough. The host was very nice and responsive. There are a lot of restaurants and you can walk easily to attractions oh the city.

In the room description, it was stated that there was air conditioning available. However, upon our arrival, we were disappointed to find that there was no proper air conditioner installed. Instead, there was a portable air conditioner that proved to be highly inefficient, especially during the heatwave we experienced. This was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable for us. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition. It looked very old, and to our dismay, the shower knob was broken, making it challenging to use the shower properly. These issues significantly impacted our overall experience during our stay.

The apartment is near Termini Station, making it very convenient for travels in Rome. We also loved the fact that there were cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

Vincenzo was very pleasent guy, pack of beer as welcome and cold water when we arrived after hot travel to Rome was so good and refreshing touch from the owner. The flat was exellent and spacious. The bed are so so comfort, only thing you need after long day walking trough beautiful Rome :D Location is exellent, everything is near you from all kinds of public transports. Looking to see Rome again in near future

Not much for just a night lay over. But the shower was broken. Electric plug was coming off. There were wires running for the wifi on the floor etc. Small small details which can bring it to a good review.

Air conditioning in summer is a must. The fans were not enough to cool down the room.

Vincenzo was very helpful and friendly. Only 2 minute walk from train and bus station, which was perfect for catching a train at 5AM. Room was in very central area, but very quiet.
