No good ventilation in the first bathroom, the floors were swept, but needed a good mopping.

Close to train station to get to Cinque Terre. 1st floor Apt still with only 8 steps. Air conditioners worked great and fast cooling. Groceries right across the street!

It is close to the Central Station and Main City. The Place is Clean and Cutlery are readily available.

The apartment might be good for students but definitely not for 6 person family. It is too small (just 1 bedroom and coaches in a dark small livingroom) and I was not able to determine it by pictures on Booking. There was not kettle, microvawe, drinking water (especially during hot days is A MUST!), no coffee, no tea, no sugar, small spoons, bottle opener. There is an oven but no accessories to use it. Old scratched frying pens. Fridge was leaking and small like for 6ppl. Walls dirty and counter requiring replacement. Shower was not fully working. Also there is no lift in the building. 3rd floor was very challenging for seniors. Absolutely not worth of the price for the value received.

We did not like the apartment we got. It differs a lot from the pictures on Booking. We liked only aircon because it was a relief during hot weather (although it was very noisy) and supermarket Doro in front of the building

a lot.. they tried to trick us into saying it was cash only! and not to arrive without bringing cash, but when I said I’d report them they said it was a misunderstanding. dirty, smelly, no soaps or shampoo, one roll of toilet paper for 4 days so we had to buy everything. you could hear the people upstairs the whole night. we arrived and there was no one to greet us for half an hour. overpriced and not enjoyable. between the noises and trains and smell we didn’t sleep any of the nights and left our stay early.. very sad

staff would not give any check in instructions or get back to you until the day of check in. check in was after 1 PM but did not get an information until after 3 pm. we were then given the wrong apartment and had to move out immediately after unpacking

The heating wasn't working for desired temperature, bedroom was cold at night (yeah, we use to have 22° in Slovakia at homes but still). We booked the apartment for 4 people, yet we had just 3 proper quilts, the 4th person had to be covered in a blanket for night. Living room lacks a bar table. Overally, although it could have been better we were satisfied with the stay.

Location is good, right next to the supermarket and close to the train station, 2 couches in the living room. Apartment was spacious and kitchen well equipped

Loud - dogs, babies, train station. Dirty - nail clippings on the couch, peeling wallpaper & paint, wall smearings in smaller bathroom, build up around faucets, pans coated with food. Broken - AC in 1 bedroom, chair legs in kitchen, chair back in bedroom, tops to pans, espresso maker. no water (kettle), coffee maker. there were no blankets. a duvet cover for each bed but no blanket inside or in closet. we were asked to take out trash- there are trash collection bins in neighborhood but you need a card to open them. I stood there with bags of trash/couldn’t leave on street, until a local used his card to open the trash container. we were not provided the card or told how to get one. when we reserved apt on booking.com it said city tax included in fee. however we were asked to leave it in mailbox (we did not). there is a nice supermarket directly across street. very helpful. literally 20 seconds from front door. they graciously returned last nights rent after we contacted them multiple times more than a month from stay.

We were refunded a night when we needed to shorten our stay. (But not that night’s city tax of €10).

There was a problem with the hot water but the owner solved it quickly.

Fully equipped, comfortable apartment for 8 people (5 adults and 3 children) 5 minutes from the train station from where you can reach Cinque Terre. The wifi signal was very good. Free public parking about 500 m and grocery store nearby. Very comfortable check-in and check-out formalities, welcome coffee. I recommend this property!
