You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location, very central. Rooms were tidy and Kitchen modern. The property is a lot larger than it looks in the pictures which was great! Would recommend to others!

NetherlandsThere were electrical problems, so around 3 times per day we had to go to the first floor to pull up the breaker. We also had some issues with the warm water but this was very fast fixed by the host. Outside the apartment the building is in bad condition, in the halls there were pieces of cement that fell of the walls.
Very convenient location right in front of the station. Nice and big space. There is a washing machine which was very convenient, also the kitchen fully equipped and also soap for washing clothes. The beds were ok and all clean. Good internet.

BelgiumThe flat is located at the 3rd floor of an old building (no lift), which is fine in general, but I was there with my parents who are quite aged and it was not super, hence to be kept in mind if you have old parents or a lot of luggages. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom: probably something to get checked.
Matteo met us at the appartment and explained us the functioning. He was kind and available for tips and suggestions. The appartment is big and comfortable with everything you need. The position is great: in front of the train station and at walking distance from the center.

United StatesVery run down! From the minute we walked into the entry way to the building. It had that run down feeling, which it was. The apartment is very tired, the balconies were small, no seating. Ants in the kitchen and the larger bedroom. Compared to the other three places we stayed, close to the same price, deception at its very best! I could NOT in good conscience tell anyone to waste their money on booking this apartment.
The location to the train station seeing we hiked the Cinque Terre trail. Nothing Else.
