Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgMinimum staff and not so much atmosphere in the lobby. However the staff present was very helpful and knowledgeable. Standard no cleaning although room price is EUR 320+ per night. First night too late to revert 'no cleaning' standard setting into an optional 'cleaning yes approach'. I personally find this over the top, this kind of approach under the title 'save the world; don't let your room be cleaned during your holiday'.. Roof terrace with self service concept is presented as an extra, but I was not impressed by it..

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at citizenM Rome Isola Tiberina. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The self-check in process is quite funny.

I really like the concept of CitizenM and the modern facilities they have. It's compact but it does have storage options just enough for the stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out process. Using iPad to control the in-room facilities is very intuitive. Walking distance to some popular sites i.e. Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Sant'Ignazio Church etc. Tram route 8 is just downstairs and other public transport options are in easily accessible walking distance.
