Excellent location. A max radius of 35 min walking to the farthest main point from the hotel (Vatican City) the rest is a 20-25 min walk. Also, it’s 10 min walk to trastevere which holds most restaurants. Also, the staff was very nice and friendly specially Charles.

No connecting rooms, inconvenient for families of four, no coffee making facilities and no room service so one has to go to the reception area for getting a coffee...the pillows not comfy enough for me

Great location, walking distance to city centre and sightseeings, nice view of the Tiberina island. The room.was small but very clean, comfortable and sunny, the bathroom was great, the kids enjoyed changing the colours of the lights, the matress was good enough...

1- windows are locked/sealed and cannot be used for ventilation or getting fresh air as this is very important to me since I suffer from allergy and breathing difficulties and need some fresh air sometimes 2- breakfast is fair but some items such as the potato hash browns are not fresh (probably kept stored in the fridge and then heated up)

1- Great location in a clean superb area that faces the river and old historic roman stone bridges, near to Trastevere, Orange Garden (Degli Aranci) and the Pantheon 2- Modern, high tech, clean and eco friendly property 3- Helpful and friendly staffs and they all speak English perfectly, the thing which makes communication very simple

The self check in was a bit weird especially with jetleg. Process could definitely be streamlined. A small fridge in the room would be nice.

Everything was as shown in the pictures. The staff was really nice and helpful. When we arrived the first night the room was a bit too cold even though we set the highest temperature possible, so they increased it manually and fixed the problem. The room was clean and cute, maybe a bit tiny but it wasn't a problem since you spend most of your day outside. Location of the hotel was perfect, it was a 15-20 minute walk to most of the tourist attractions. I'd definitely stay here again.

The ipad provided went on and off and we could not control any of the systems for most of our stay. Light, temperature, etc. They tried to fix it. It worked for an hour. The 3rd day then again went off. The first day it did not work they offered us a free breakfast, then to change the room but this was not easy for us. They should have sufficient tech support 24/7 since its a tech driven hotel. I guess/hope we were just unlucky in an otherwise nice stay.

The hotel's style and vibe. The decoration, the digital orientation, the willingness of staff to help. Staff were really helpful, responsive, polite and caring.

Brand new hotel . Very clean . Stayed in a room facing the back ally which was very quiet.Great location. Within walking distance to the old city .staff was very helpfull with getting taxi to the airport. Highly recomanded. Places to eat nearby and 2 supermarkets.
