It’s an excellent location and easily accessible from the train station. It is its own building, so feels very private. Checkin was very easy and everything was clean and ready.

There was a bath in the bathroom but it was possible to use it as a shower only. The walls are thin and you can hear people outside but because the apartment is positioned outside of a main tourist route that did not cause any trouble. But when we traveled there were not so many tourists as in summer.

The apartment is looking nice. Also, it is well situated close to the boat station from the airport. In the evening it was possible to sit near the water channel with a bottle of wine while children were sleeping next to you in the apartment with an open window and you could hear them. Even so, it was difficult to find it at first but when I called the service by phone they helped me to find it fast and conveniently.

Four flights of stairs and no light switch when coming down. The bathroom could do with a good clean.

The location was excellent. Right next to the Rialto bridge, but far back enough to be quiet. Near some great cafes and restaurants too. The customer services was great too, easy to contact and very helpful.

The decoration was a bit scary at night, and the cleaning could have been better.

The location it's great, 3 min walking from boat station, and 5 min from Rialto bridge. It has a minimarket nearby, and a great pasta on the go just below.

No Lift

Great Location. Very near to the main market and the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge. Rialto ferry stop is near across the bridge. We took the water bus back to the train station with all the luggage. Grocery store across the canal very accessible. A lot of food options around. The instructions for checking in very received well in advance and were very clear. Was a little anxious about the check in witout any reception but it all went fine. The appartment was modern and spacious. AC was working. Kitchen was fucntional with all the required utensisls.The only challange was walking up the stairs to fourth floor with the luggage but we managed. Overall very good experiece.

Air con was leaking water so had to keep emptying a bucket. A microwave would have been a good inclusion for self catering.

While we know it is unavoidable because of Venices proximity to water, the mosquitoes were terrible. One of my daughters went to sleep fine and woke up covered in bites that were swollen. She had about 23 by the end of our stay.

The location was convenient and about a fifteen minute walk from all the small shops that are open during the evening.

It wasnt made clear that it was located on the fourth floor which had no elevator. The rail walking up the stairs was coming away in some areas which at night could be dangerous.

Location was within a short walk to most attractions. Located near the Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal. As described, clean and spacious.

The beds could have been a bit better, but still manageable. It doesn't have modern furnishings but this might be your preference.

The location was amazing, it was super close to the station. If you want to live in the 20th century it has a cosey feel to it.
