Luca was a fantastic host and was tremendously helpful during our stay. He gave us great tips for dining and sights. Location is perfect. 5-10 minutes walk to the archaeological park and right off the main pedestrian street for shopping and dining.

Our brief stay at CIVICO 29 in Pompei was absolutely fantastic! Luca, our host, was truly exceptional. The self-check-in system made arrival seamless and convenient. The property's location couldn't have been better—just steps away from the main attractions, cafes, and restaurants, yet nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The proximity to everything, including the train station and the Pompei archaeological site, made exploring the area effortless. Plus, the thoughtful touches didn't go unnoticed. Luca's hospitality extended to providing sunscreen on a particularly sunny day, showcasing his attention to detail and care for guests' comfort. Our room, named Chocolate, was cozy and comfortable, perfect for our short stay. The breakfast provided was delightful, setting us up for a day of adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend CIVICO 29 for anyone visiting Pompei. Overall, I couldn't recommend CIVICO 29 enough for its superb location, attentive host, and charming accommodations. We left Pompei with unforgettable memories, thanks to Luca and his exceptional hospitality.

This is a small B&B in a great central location, within walking distance of the ruins, with very safe undercover garage parking just two minutes away (arranged by Luca, the fantastic host). The B&B is exceptionally clean, and our lovely room had a charming little balcony with a table and two chairs. This meant that we weren’t confined to being indoors when in our room, and could enjoy the stunning view of Vesuvius. There was a mini fridge in the room which meant that we were able to buy food and prep our packed lunches (this was a game changer at the ruins as you can’t exit and go back in again, so your only option is the on-site cafe which looked very busy). Luca, the host, is warm and friendly and happy to help with any queries. He has a very simple remote check-in process, which made it so convenient. Breakfast included a variety of options such as cereal, croissants, yogurt, and muffins, with gluten-free choices also available. We had a late flight and Luca was able to accommodate a later check out for us, so we had a morning to do last minute souvenir shopping. We would definitely recommend CIVICO 29 for both 1-2 nights as well as a longer stay.

We loved our stay and the accommodations and Luca was a great host. He even came in to prepare coffee and breakfast for us indicating that he enjoyed to meet his guests personally. This property more than exceeded our expectations! A Civico29 sign out front may be helpful to identify the location. Consider marketing to future guests the beautiful downtown square, shopping, restaurants and other sites located just around the corner. What a pleasant surprise for us!

Top location to visit Pompeii (10min walk to entrance) and mount Vesuvius. Very clean rooms and a very helpful and polite owner Luca. Nothing is too much for him. I would recommend this accommodation for a visit to these attractions, price-quality is top.

The front entrance to the apartment is hard to find and rather messy but once inside it is ok

The location is close to the Piazza Anfiteatro entrance to Pompeii as well as several restaurants. Luca left very clear and detailed instructions regarding how to access the property. He was very helpful and friendly during our stay. The view of Vesuvius from our balcony was lovely.

Luka was an exceptional host , always answering my questions, giving suggestions and making sure we had a great stay . Perfect location , walking distance to town and Pompeii ruins . Apartment was clean and comfortable . Easy self check in instructions . Luca made a parking reservation for us at a local garage . Very convenient to the apartment. We found a great local store next door where we bought delicious sandwiches. Many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance from the apartment. I would definitely recommend the apartment, you can’t have a better location and nicer service .

Nothing to complain about . The breakfast menu could be better , had mostly muffins , some cereal , and croissants. Rooms could be cleaned a bit more often (like dustbins at least).

Luca was the best host , and the place is cozy and has everything you need . He even accommodated a late check out request because I fell ill.

Lovely, modern, great location. Ten mins from the main station, 2 mins from the location station. Ten min walk from Pompeii, beautiful very of Mount VESUVIUS from the window. Simple breakfast, cereal, bread, croissant and of course a very nice fresh COFFEE made from beans.

As noted by many, Luca was a terrific host. Check-in instructions were clear. The place exhibited so many fine attentions to details. The shower lights were a treat. Chromatherapy he calls it. Nice touch. Breakfast was fine: croissant, jam, different coffees, juices, yogurt, cold cereal. Better than most hotel/B&B offerings. Location was fabulous - 2 minute walk to the train station (Santuario station, which involves a transfer, NOT Pompeii Scavi). If you get off at Pompeii Scavi, you'll have a 30 minute hike to the B&B! From the B&B, it's a 10 minute walk to an entry for the Pompeii ruins. Tip: if you get one of the audio guides, the battery will die in 2-3 hours. We were only half way through the ruins. When I returned the unit at the end of the visit, the person at the desk said I could have returned the unit to get another one. Wish I'd known that ahead of time. There's an excellent restaurant just steps from the B&B: Al Gumbero Rossi. We had two very good dinners there. Reasonably priced.

Property is located in a very central location of Pompeii. About 5 minutes walk to the entrance to the ruins and the center of Pompeii. Lovely comfortable room in a quiet building. Breakfast served by a lovely lady (sorry I didn’t ask your name). Was very helpful with local directions and organized a taxi for us when moving to Vico Equense.
