Angelo our host was great he helped us at every stage, took our number and gave us recommendations for food, helped us get the bus to and from the airport, checked in to see if we needed anything couldn’t have asked for a better host! We loved Palermo

Good location Quite street, the apartment is renovated , clean, comfortable bed, the apartment has everything you need. Interesting coffee machine, several drinks in the fridge , as a gift from the owners. Renovated shower room. Special thanks to Angelo, very friendly person. Met me at the stop where the bus from the airport arrives, took around the area, recommended a cafe, and was ready to answer all my questions. Always available by phone.

All was good.

This was our second stay in the family suite at Civico. We knew we could depend on the cleanliness and comfort of this roomy apartment. The location is close to Palermo sights but not too touristy. Angelo is a very helpful host.

The building itself is very old and under renovation, but it was quiet and secure.

Our Host, Angelo, met us at the property. He made himself available for any needs we might have and checked in the next day to see if we had any questions. He also suggested restaurants in the area for dinner. The rooms were very comfortable and the apartment is large. There is a balcony to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.

Everything was good.

The apartment was modern and very clean. It had everything we needed. It was quiet and dark, with a comfortable bed, so we slept well. Angelo was very helpful. We used both of his restaurant recommendations and they were good.

The hosts were very helpful and messaged us before the booking and multiple times while we were there to make sure everything was okay. They even offered to pick us up from the airport. The check in was easy and the check out instructions were clear. We loved the balcony and the coffee machine was a great touch too.

The apartment is amazing and a great value for money. First of all, the place is actually huge in comparison to most other accommodations in the same price range. Secondly, it spotlessly clean. In addition, it appears that it has been renovated very recently, as the furniture and amenities seem practically new. The bed is super comfortable and we practically could not hear anything at night so I assume that the sound insulation must also be very good. This assures that you will get a good night's sleep, which was very important to us. Even though we only stayed two nights, the apartment has everything you could ask for if you are planning a longer stay, including a very nice little kitchen. Angelo and Francesco were very pleasant hosts, Francesco handled our check-in while Angelo was taking care of the communication over the phone in English and Italian, being always available to any potential requests or questions. They also welcomed us with a couple of cold drinks upon our arrival which was definetely a nice touch. Apartment is located 2 minutes away from the Politeama theatre, which means Palermo is basically at your feet. You can walk down via Ruggero Settimo/ via Maqueda exploring the historic centre or you can take any of the main bus lines from Politeama to more distant parts of the city. There are also several great dining options right nearby if you are feeling a little bit tired :) 10/10 - a perfect stay. Angelo and Francesco, thank you for everything and keep up the brilliant work.

The apartment was sparkling clean! Decorated with taste and designed with care. Equipped with all necessary amenities. It is located on a quiet street, within 5-10 minutes' walk from the touristic area. The building futures an elevator, which is very convenient by the end of the long day :) There is a mini market and bakery within 2 minutes walking from the apartment. Check in was super easy, the host is fantastic, friendly and very responsive, he let us check in earlier, as our flight arrived in the morning. I would definitely recommend it!

The property is located right in the city Centre which is amazing. The apartment is very spacious and it was very clean. When we arrived. The host were very nice to us. Overall we had a comfortable stay and if we visit next time you take this place

The hosts have been incredibly helpful. From days before our stay, they have ensured we are well taken care of in terms of transport, discounts in the city and what to do in Palermo. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. They have even left us beverages in the fridge, after a very long and hot day. That was a nice touch. We will definitely return.

It's 20 min walk from the center. We'd suggest to provide some basic thing, like shampoo or shower gel, because it's not easy to curry those from home when you travel with cabin luggage only.
