It's really a fine dining hotel. We stayed 4 nights. Each night enjoyed different dishes. Very pleasant stayings.

My husband and I couldn’t think of one bad note for this hotel. It was phenomenal, we will be back.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The room was cute with that classic cabin feel but yet we stilled felt pampered. Extremely clean. The breakfast was good with loads of options. We also chose to eat dinner a few nights at the hotel which included a four course meal which was cooked to perfection. We also loved how the hotel offered free guided hiking trips a couple times a week. (This made our trip) The guide Warner was great and very knowledgeable showing us many local secrets. Every staff member was very attentive to the guests, their uniforms added to the whole experience as well. It was very useful to have access to a pool, sauna and spa if needed after hiking all day. The location was great in the center of Ortisei with short walking distances to the gondolas. Overall, we were very happy and fell in love with the Stetteneck.

Could have done with something when we got back from skiing in the afternoon especially since the rooms had no tea or coffee making facilities. The other hotel in the group offered an afternoon tea and it felt like we were not looked after in that respect.

Breakfast with the best view ever! high quality food. The location is great. If you like the old style decoration, this is for you. The staff were also very helpful. We had a problem with our rental car and they tried to help us sort it out.

Charming hotel in an excellent location. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious! The hotel also provided a complimentary 7 day public transport pass for us which was very thoughtful. Enjoyed using the infrared sauna facilities in the wellness centre. We had mentioned that we were on our honeymoon when we booked and were delighted that they offered us a free upgrade when we arrived. Would stay here again if we ever return to ortisei.

Hotel is beautifully decorated. The front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful though you cannot choose where you want to sit. Location of the hotel is just at the edge at the starts of the Limited Traffic Zone. It was walking distance to take the cable car to Alpe di Siusi and Mt Secada.

Loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect with easy access to the lifts, the hotel is beautiful, well decorated and spotless. The room was bright and sunny with beautiful linens. The swimming pool and spa were also spectacular. We had dinner at the hotel and it was one of the nicest meals we had on our trip. There was a miscommunication over breakfast but the hotel made up for it with no issues. Best place we stayed in Italy!
