Spectacular place to enjoy the scenery and have a glass of wine. The owner spoils you with a wonderful bottle of wine and a wine tasting and tour. History of the historic winery is reason enough to stay here:). You must stay here if in the area.

The bedroom is a little tricky with such a low roof . It’s manageable though.

Fantastic location on the edge of Montalcino . Stayed in the one bedroom house , which is rustic and charming , with great views . Emilio the host is excellent , he was charming and always wanted to help. He provided a complimentary wine tasting and a tour of the family home and church .

The size, location and staff were amazing. I loved that it was near the city, but on a vineyard. The wine tasting and tour offered was fun. And having a bottle of wine sitting outside overlooking the vineyard was truly special, as was walking out into the grapevines.

As montalcino is quite quiet at night, the tv is not set up for Netflix and only has Italian channels.

It’s super beautiful and very romantic house with its own kitchen. You have look out to the vineyards, picture perfect. The family, Costanti, is very well respected for their Brunello wine… Emilio was also a great and kind host. Even provided a lovely bottle of wine… service to its max.

Bedroom on a mezzanine had very low ceiling as 6ft. Tall could not stand up and very dangerous getting up in the night!! Also no lighting to read at night.

Beautiful location on the vineyard and within 20 minutes climb to Montalcino. Great location. Host Emilio was very helpful and left us a complimentary bottle of his wine.

Everything was perfect. I don't know how you could improve on perfection

We were met by Emilio Costanti and shown around our one bed house. To say we were immediately amazed with the beauty of the scenery and the friendly welcome is an understatement. The main house is used for events (i want my 50th to be held here!) and we stayed opposite it in an old lodge. At the back the balcony overlooks the hills behind and the vines growing. It is picture postcard Tuscany and Montalcino. The wine tour and cellars are extremely impressive but during the cellar tour seeing the old wines stacked in the cellar brought me to a standstill to see all the history in that room Emanualla who took us on the tour of the cellar has knowledge of wine and the Costanti family Vineyard that is so impressive and her passion shines through. This is genuinely the best few days my wife and I have had since before Covid and we would like to thank the whole family and everyone at the vineyard for making us feel part of the family.

The property is beautiful, comfortable and the views are breathtaking! there’s no breakfast, but the kitchen has enough for a breakfast at home. (Do not expect very modern and very equipped kitchen, you are staying in a winery!) The wine tour was great, we learned a lot about the history of the area, the property and about wine. Emilio is a kind and warming host and I’d definitely recommend stay in his property. Tip 1) plan you arrival in daily hours. Roads are tricky. Tip 2) If you go in winter time - many restaurants in the area do not open Monday- Thursday in winter time. Also, if you go out for dinner, make sure you get in the restaurant early, nowhere to eat after 9pm. tip 3) Montalcino is pretty!! take time to drive around to take pictures and aprecciate the amazing views.

The Location was perfect, just outside the City. There was no breakfast, but house had a full kitchen (and clothes washer), and there is a cafe in walking distance!

I can only say wonderful things about our stay here! Emilio, our host, met us at the property to give us keys and walk us through everything. He was so helpful and kind, answering any and all questions that we had. Our apartment was exceptional, roomy, and quiet. We had stunning views of the vineyard and fields of Montalcino. It was the perfect place to recharge for a a few days, as this was the first stop on our honeymoon trip. Definitely recommend getting a car as not many places are in walking distance, but there are many wonderful restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We loved this place, still dream of it, and could not recommend it more!
