Nothing. It is a shared kitchen with basic utensils but we cooked on all four nights of our stay and had excellent meals without having to work around other guests. Personally, this added to the charm of the place as it felt like you were part of a much-loved family home.

A wonderful base to explore the Veneto region. The family were very kind and friendly towards ourselves and our dog. The room was cleaned / maintained everyday, breakfast was very good and the wine (on sale) is excellent!

Wonderful place, wonderful environment, wonderful hosts. They take care of us if we would be family. The room is first class, satisfy every needs. We can have a plenty of breakfast under beatiful oil trees. I recommend everybody who needs peace and attention. We Will definitely go back.

Breakfast was really nice; warm bread, fruits, jams, croissant/cakes, drinks and cheese and local meat. Location was really good, there are several villages near by with restaurants. You can also have dinner at the Colle, remember just ask it beforehand, it is really popular! I really recommend this place.

Tourist area, so a lot of cars go by the facility

The stay in this facility far exceeded my expectations, there is no scale to measure the service, higher than every scale. Beautiful surroundings, the owners have their own grape fields, where you can freely walk around and their own vineyard, you can taste their own wines, I recommend it. The best breakfasts I've ever had the pleasure of having, everything fresh and always on time, we also got wild strawberries for breakfast every day! The involvement of the hosts in guest service is huge, the comfort of guests is a priority for them. Clean room, very nice and comfortable. Shared kitchen with all necessary utensils. The room has a comfortable bathroom. There are only three rooms in the facility, so a great comfort to stay in this place. Free private parking I recommend, staying there was a real pleasure.

Leaving! We took pictures with Giorgia and her mom the day before we left. We left them some food and limoncello that we had not finished, and they made sure we had what we needed to pack and eat the morning we left. She said we were the first Americans who had visited in nearly 10 years. I hope we left a good impression.

Giorgia and her family welcomed us with open arms, even before we arrived. They were always helpful when we had questions, always courteous regarding our schedule, and gracious with their food and wine.

Colle del Barbarossa is the perfect B&B; located in the beautiful Parco Regionale dei Colli Euganei, with lots of nearby hiking routes, a nice breakfast area outside, with fresh fruits from the garden, lovely, well-equiped rooms, and friendly staff.

Everything! We visited Colle Del Barbarossa on our three week trip to Italy. This was without doubt the best place. The family were so kind and sweet . They produce their own salami, wines etc. and that makes the experience even better. We were lucky to get a table for dinner and that is a must if you visit this place. Homemade with their own products. We have been traveling a lot and this is probably one of the most authentic, beautiful and best places we have ever been at.

The internet connection could have been better.

The property is located on the beautiful Euganean hills. The owners produce very good white wine, salami and olive oil and serve salami for breakfast, which was perfect, fresh fruits including. We were welcomed by aperitive on the terrace and we would be happy to come here again and again.

The location is perfect, overlooking vineyards and near nice hiking trails. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It's also easy to visit Padua by car from here. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, cake, bread etc. The room was very spacious and clean.

The baby cat that was there kept knocking on the window at night, but I'm sure its behavior will improve as it grows up. The espresso machine was a little out of date when we were there.

Very kind staff, tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible even though our stay was near the end of the season. Excellent location for hikes and cycling.
