We loved everything!

An exceptionally beautiful place, perfect for families, and one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in! The view is breathtaking and the owner Giuseppe is so nice as well as his co-worker Elisabetta!

Amazing location, great views. Very clean, very friendly hosts. Italian Breakfast was very nice. Perfect if you want to have relaxed vacation and explore the nearby towns by car.

The breakfast was okay but could be a little better. Was missing some cheese and meat. There was a little too much sugar in everything.

Wonderful location, not to big so you felt welcome. Lovely view. Huge pool.

A negative thing is that the way to the B&B can be a bit arduous, because they are narrow streets and these are sometimes also steep, but you get used to it and the B&B then also rewards you with its comfort👍🏽

The breakfast was really delicious but unfortunately a little too little for us😅 But of course we know that it is not common to have an extensive breakfast in Italy. I think you should know that as a tourist before you go there😊 But we really liked the view and also the peace and quiet there. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and well maintained. We also used the pool. From there you have a very nice view of the sea and the mountains around. All in all we really enjoyed pur stay there. Maybe we will come back.😉

The only thing I can think of is that you should not be scared of heights if you go here, because the roads are very narrow and curvy ;)

Such a fantastic place in a secluded area with breathtaking view! The room was very comfortable and clean, with plenty of storage space. Comfortable beds and very good light blocking from windows which is great for good sleep :)

This place was amazing! Stunning view that includes everything. Mountains, trees and ocean view. The place is maintained perfectly and Joseph and the others are absolutely lovely people. Would recommend it for sure.

Breakfast can be improved, with more alternatives like continental for example. Suggest to find alternatives to give lunch boxes to guests, otherwise the car is needed to reach the closest village and buy food.

Because of its position, the roads to the property are narrow and difficult. Breakfast was a bit limited.

The property has a gorgeous view overlooking the hills. The swimming pool is placed so that the surface of the pool seem to extend into the sea. Our room was comfortable and elegantly designed and furnished with a patio.

We liked everything. We could enjoy cheese with wine at the pool, swim and sunbatthe, and wait for sunset on the terrace in the evening.

Nothing to say. The manger is a very helpful and courteous person. He even gave us some hints on how to reach the place and where to dine.

The location is simply marvelous. Also inside the rooms are very well taken care of, very nice items of furniture and it gives you the idea of a comfy stay whenever you go. Despite the rain, we really enjoyed it there. Last but not least, the breakfast was absolutely rich for a B&B. They brought it to our room and it was fantastic. Can’t wait to go there in the summer to enjoy the swimming pool and the outdoors of the location.

However the room has a nice view, it doesn't match the rest. Moreover the breakfast is really poor. Moreover they don't have a restaurant, so guests are forced to go to the nearest city which is minimal 15 minutes drive away in a dark mountain way. No English speaking staff.

The drive is amazing if you are a good driver and you know how to drive mountains routes. The pool was amazing, the view astonishing. Friendly staff and a parking lot for free.

We booked the property specifically for the amazing infinity pool so we could relax in a remote location. Unfortunately, the pool walls were covered with black mold and the water was green with algae, leaving us unable to swim at all. As it was too hot to stay in the sun without being able to swim, we couldn’t spend much time enjoying the property. It was a pretty big disappointment, as I think the pool is the main attraction of this B&B for most, and we read several positive reviews even including pool cleanliness before we booked! Perhaps there was just an issue going on with the pool while we were there, but it would have been nice if the staff would have informed us that the pool was in this condition beforehand.

The view from the property was beautiful and staff was kind. Breakfast was nice - pretty much what you would expect for a classic Italian sweet breakfast :)

Giuseppe who many people mention being very friendly didn't say anything to us besides hello and good morning but very happily chatted with the Italian-speaking arrivals and because our room was near the entry we noticed this very clearly. Due to the remote location, it would be great if there were wine glasses, kettle/coffee machine and maybe some plates/cutlery so that one can at least prepare some simple meals in the room. This would be good if you are staying for more than 2-3 nights. Breakfast is not great unless you are into sweet breakfasts. You were given juice, coffee, Nutella, a croissant, cookies, jam and cornflakes without milk/yogurt (?) It was a new area/region for us to stay in and it was not our favorite in regards to the true Italian feeling you come to Italy for as a tourist. Itri is quite run down and over 50% of the houses that you look out on from the building are abandoned and unfinished. But to be fair, we are used to traveling in Tuscany and the north of Italy, so maybe it is not fair to compare.

We were quite excited about the stay here due to the great reviews. And to be honest, it was fine but we did feel a bit out of place as we were quite literally the only people who did not speak Italian. There is no doubt the view and the pool are fantastic, and Itri has some nice restaurants. But given how much we paid and the state of the rooms (furniture are dated and crocked) and hospitality I do not feel like it is matched. There is so much potential at this property that an update of the rooms, some flowers, lights and so on would really help. Giving the option to pick breakfast would be really good as it is delivered to your room. So maybe giving a list which one can tick in would help them not give out food that people won't eat anyway. And also some savory items would be very appreciated.
