We did think that the Balcony should have been more recently painted and the render was coming off the wall and door frame , in general could do with painting as well . Also it would have been great to have a parasol for sitting and enjoying the view .

We really liked the studio apartment and very good to have 2 bathrooms .Also was very clean and plenty of towels .

I loved my stay here! It was one of my favorite vacations by far. I stayed in the apartment with the sea view and it was comfortable, clean, and had amazing views. Great location about a 10 minute walk to downtown and a 5 minute walk from some other good restaurants.

Keys had to be picked up from a location about 1.5km a way (struggled to get our taxi to do on way), can't be dropped out front as in old section of town so stairs to place. Was a lift for luggage to reach apartment but not really for people, Was on 2nd floor. No washing machine facilities.

Location right in the old area of town so beautiful views from balcony. Well presented, kitchenette, clothes horse for washing, close to public beach, great restaurants and not far to walk into centre of Sorrento. Host very helpful for multiple things, like booking activities. Need some notice though. Access to pool at hotel about 1.5km away.

The hotel that you can use the pool of is quite a way away but we didn't use it as the local beach was great! The balconies were pretty close.

The apartment is unreachable by taxi so move in and move out day were harder than expected with luggage. If we were not young and able bodied this could have been a real issue

The balcony was very nice but adjoined the smaller neighbouring balcony so when the neighbouring guests sat out a degree of privacy was lost.

We were upgraded to a larger apartment and had two bathrooms, one of which had a bath. The view from the room and balcony was fantastic, overlooking the Marina Grande. The apartment had two fridges and cooking facilities, a kettle and safe and was well equipped with crockery, cutlery and glasses. The rooms were spacious and airy and the sofas and bed were very comfortable. The apartment was also in a very good location as it was just above the Marina Grande but not far from the main centre.

Not the property's fault! - but not easily accessible for people with mobility issues or pushchairs. Steep hill and steps all the way to the marina. Transfers leave you at the top of some steps and you have to take your luggage the rest of the way. No problem at all for younger people!

Location - really close to Marina Grande. Views from the balcony are amazing and gets afternoon sunshine.

Our hostess Serena was very responsive as we planned our stay. She made late check in easy and arranged our transfers for us. The view, apartment and location could not have been more perfect.

We were in apartment 200, and though it was a lovely apartment it would benefit from having some worktop space. There just isn't any, and we had to use a chopping board on the drainer to be able to prepare food, which wasn't ideal. There is space next to the hob unit to put a small base unit with a worktop on, or even a fold up worktop, which would further enhance the apartment. Other than that we couldn't really fault the apartment.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was clean and had most of the basics needed for a self catering stay. The location for us was ideal - far enough out of the main bustling centre to be peaceful yet near enough to enjoy what central sorrento had to offer. The transport network from sorrento made it an ideal base for setting off to visit naples, capri, positano and amalfi, or pompeii and herculaneum. There's a direct bus to and from the airport too which leaves/arrives at the train station. The apartment was well equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, cooking implements etc, as well as a combination microwave and sandwich toaster should you want to cater for yourself, but there are also lots of lovely restaurants in close proximity should you want to eat out.

Everything was great. The bad news for us was that our flight from the United States was cancelled and we were only able to stay for 2 of the 4 days that we had rented the apartment.

We were met at the apartment by the host and did not have to go to the Hotel Central to pick up the keys. The apartment is not easy to find, but we were sent a Google Map route that helped get us to the apartment with our luggage. The apartment was in a perfect location (1/2 way down the walk to Marina Grande from Sorrento) and the views from Apartment 500 were wonderful.

it was a pain to collect keys from opposite end of town to apartment and cost 35 euros in taxi fare from train station to pick up keys then go to apartment. taxi dropped us in marina grand so long walk with luggage up hill to apartment 28.

location was excellent if you don’t mind walking a little way up hill and steps. the host Serena was extremely helpful and even organised a Dr to visit our apartment. View from balcony was amazing.

just outside the hustle of the center. elevator for luggage at the facility. beautiful view from the balcony. nice and private and we enjoyed the walk to the town, where we could shop daily.
