Everything! Kiara’s hospitality was exceptional. She meet us at the train station and had pizza and sandwiches for us at arrival. She also had bottled water and Prosecco in the refrigerator, and other snacks. Her apartment was very clean and comfortable. She was absolutely lovely and helpful.

Chiara was the best host ever in all of our travels. Very friendly and very helpful. I left behind an important folder for our trip and she sent photos of what I needed to complete my journey. I highly recommend this place to stay, it was perfect!!

We loved everything about this apartment, starting with the amazing host. This bright, spacious, modern, clean apartment has been in her family for generations. The location is next to the beach at the end of the stone boardwalk and only a short walk from the train station. You would never know it given how quiet the unit was. Easy walk to old town as well.

Chiara was a wonderful host...greeting us upon our arrival. The place was very clean and beautiful. And...very quiet which is very important to us! We really enjoyed the large showers with strong water pressure...something not often found in Italy.

No elevator. But it is normal in this area and we didn’t mind it that much.

The property is 5 minutes away from the train station and 3 minutes away from the beach. Very convenient. It was remodeled very well with all the modern necessities and more. It’s super clean. When we arrived, there were 3 kinds of sandwiches on the table for us. The owner also stocked the pantry with pastries and toasts. She is very nice and helpful. Everything is great.

We wish we could have stayed longer :(

Travelling as a family of four through Europe for four weeks, this was our favourite apartment of the whole trip. Our super friendly host communicated with me through text and met us at the apartment at the set time to hand over the keys. She had apertivo ready for us, including a bottle of bubbly - what a welcome! The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with two bathrooms. It was the little touches that we loved the most, such as the first aid kit and cold water in the fridge. The location was fabulous too - right around the corner from the beach.

I would have liked an outdoor space

The cleanest place we have ever stayed. The hostess was so gracious and accommodating. Location was excellent. Everything was excellent. Would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️😊👍

Excellent location in new town Monterosso. Our fantastic hostess Chiara met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment which was just minutes away. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for two couples as each bedroom had their own en- suite bathroom and TV. A small well equipped kitchen with a table and 4 chairs was great for breakfast and late night discussions for the next day’s plans. There was even slippers for our use and bathroom toiletries. Our hostess had some nibbles, bottled water and a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us. There was a frig/ freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and pots/pans and dishes. The stove top never got used since there was so many places to choose from for meals. Chiara even joined us at the train station to say goodbye. She was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

The apartment was perfect. Chiara met us at he train station and had made us some appetisers to welcome us. Just what we needed after our all day travel. Chiara has thought of everything even down to a first aid kit and ice packs. We loved our visit and the apartment is beautiful appointed with lovely furnishings and the best location to explore

This is a great location, I was worried it might be loud since it is in the center of everything and steps from the beach, but the bedrooms are in the back and it is was quiet. It has air conditioning in all rooms and great amenities. It has a lot of space, a nice kitchen table. The owner had focaccia and champagne waiting for us. Make sure you pay the town tax in cash when you check in so you dont forget when you are in a hurry to leave.

Chiara’s apartment is absolutely beautiful. It is in a excellent location just metres from the beach. Parking was easy and close to the apartment. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and one night we also cooked dinner. It is perfect for 2 couples as both bedrooms are almost identical with their own private ensuites. It was also spotlessly clean.

Perfect location right near great beaches. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated with a lot of personal touches. Chiara was fantastic she met us at the train station even though it was raining. Not only had she left focaccia and wine but she came back with some fresh figs which were delicious

We loved the property. It was very comfortable, very clean and homey. Every detail has been taken care by owner. She is a lovely and very kind lady. We celebrated our wedding anniversary on this trip. She bought a large delicious cake from Genoa and prepared champagne when we arrived. Thank you so much! We had a great time! The location is perfect to get get everything around you. Beach and restaurants are just couple of steps away. There is a small grocery store nearby also. We definitely will stay here again!

The location of this beautiful and immaculate apartment could not be better. The host is the sweetest, and we were met with freshly baked focaccia upon arrival. The host was sweet to our daughters and gave them a little gift before we left. The apartment had everything we needed and we appreciated how pretty it was.

Clean , Upscale , Location steps from beach and shops and restaurants but mostly the host personally gave us better directions than GPS and also escorted us from the street / car and gave us an overview of the property and town. + showed us a great place to park across the street by the beach. Fabulous !!! We only spent a few nights but will definitely come back again and spend more time i this luxurious air conditioned apartment that not only was fully equipped but also had snacks , wine , etc awaiting our arrival.

There isn't a dedicated "living" space, but if you're out and about most of the time it shouldn't be an issue (it wasn't for us).

Our host met us at the train station and walked us to the property (only a few minutes away). She even had a plate of focaccia waiting for us! The location was great - near the train and the beaches. The rooms and facilities were beautifully decorated and well-equipped. And the host's dinner recommendations were a hit. Overall, a very positive experience - we would happily rent this property again.
