Nothing - except the stairs which can't be helped

The host Francesco could not have done more. He was absolutely excellent. Kind, friendly, caring, attentive and always contactable and accessible. The appartment was clean, well furnished and laid out and even had a kettle which is rare abroad! The only downside was the 5 flights of stairs which some may find difficult, however, my 85 year old mother coped very well but it is worth considering. Francesco kindly carried our cases up and back down. Appartment is in a quiet street 5 mins walk from the duomo and a wealth of restaurants. Big shout out to Francesco, he really is in the absolute right job and made out holiday easy and stress free, thank you.

We didn’t mind the stairs as we only had backpacks, but in case you have a lot of luggage, have in mind that there isn’t an elevator.

The apartment is excellent! First of all, the location couldn’t be better. It’s within walking distance from everything - 3min from the cathedral, 5min from the train station, 10min from the lake, etc. Secondly, the place is fully equipped for a longer stay - you have everything from the washing machine, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board to towels, toilet paper, and shower gel. Thirdly, it’s super clean and you have all the items for further cleaning if you need them. Finally, Francesco is the best host you can ask for! He will help you with everything from a restaurant recommendation to transport logistics! He even arranged a pick up from the station and helped us with our last minute flight changes on the way back ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend Comoluxhouse 👌🏼

The apartment is very nice, well maintained (recently renovated), clean and spacious. It’s located within walking distance of the lake, the city center and the train station of “Como Nord Lago”. Francesco is a very good host and helpful.

Would recommend a mirror in small bedroom and 2nd comfy armchair in the lounge👍

Francesco the host was so helpful - looked after our luggage as we had a late flight and then drove us to the train station👏👏 the apartment was as described and accurate photos - very quiet at night comfy beds👏👏 right beside Lago station , main Cathedral and shops and restaurants , and finucular and boats to take you to all locations - definately 10 out of 10 🥰

We travelled with friends) The apartment is perfect) the top of the top ) near to the center of the city, 10 minutes by walk to the lake,very clean! You can find everything that you need for living at this apartment! Francesco is amazing guy who helped us with everything:to get to the apartment from the railway station,proposed help with everything in any time) so we were very happy to stay at this apartment! We recommend this apartment!!

Francisco was an outstanding host who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He met us at the train station to help with very heavy bags. Gave us a tour of the apartment when we arrived and when we were concerned about train journey to the airport on the day of industrial action in Italy, he helped with details of taxi firms.

2 small things that would have helped us as we are travelling, some more pegs for the line and an iron.

Beautiful modern apartment in a great location, 5 min walk to the lake and town centre, although we are out, the kitchen had everything you would need to self cater. The owner kept in touch to make sure everything was going well.

Nothing worth picking on when the stay has been superb and Francesci was very kind to help us with our luggages up to our apartment given there was no lift.

Francesco was super warm and friendly host who went out of his way to help us given we were unsure to get to the apartment. The place was close to Como lago train station and also 7mins walk away from ferry terminal. Super convenient with restaurants 5 mins away as well. The apartment was spacious, new and very comfortable and cosy for a family of four. It was clean and fully equipped with coffee and tea, clean towels. Its way better than a hotel honestly. Francesco also shortlisted dining options which turned out to be superb and i will definitely stay here again once i am back in lake como.

This apartment is exceptional. The design and quality of the refurbishment is very luxurious, it lives up to the name. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen are excellent. The location is perfect, a very quiet street without any traffic noise and so close to the centre of Como.

This apartment is very conveniently located to the city center and the lake. Several excellent cafes and restaurants are within close walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and modern and had all the amenities one could hope for- including a washer/dryer! I loved having 2 bedrooms and a separate living area/kitchen.
