Perhaps warn visitors of any impending large group. We were told the previous night that the dining room would be unavailable due to a large party. Not good.

A quiet scenic location with attentive, caring staff and good facilities. The Bistro dining was top class; unusual food combinations that worked and exceptional wine to go with it. Ideal especially for couples looking for a quiet, restful location.

We used the spa but didn’t realise we had to take our own towels - perhaps having towels for use in the spa at the spa itself would be good

What an incredible place! We loved the views, the tranquility. Everything was spotless. The best thing though was the staff and customer service. Yurgen in the Bistrot gave us some very special meals and Claudia at the front desk provided excellent advice and recommendations

The staff was exceptionally friendly, they did everything to make our time perfect. The location is very calm, if you look for a place remote to relax, you will find it here. There are 2 restaurants and a bistro with excellent food. The restaurant at the hotel has delicious food, is highly recommended.

Fantastic location with friendly staff. My room was delightful and well appointed. The pool (and air conditioning) was a great bonus during this hot weather. The restaurants serve delicious food and wine - I hope to come back to stay here again.

The room is very spacious, clean and still elegant. The place has a small restaurant with a few things on the menu that are very good. The view from the location is very nice.

Our last day was compromised by a wedding party, 54 guests having a great time, nothing wrong with that but we were very disappointed with how it compromised the peace and tranquillity of us and the other guests. There are three restaurants on site, but only one was open, I think that this should have been made known

It is a stunning place and it was quite easy to find even in the dark, we ate well and drank lovely Conde wines. We had a whizz around the estate on the electric Ducati mountain bikes. Claudia managed to organise a pasta cooking class which was amazing and we ate the pasta at restaurant.

Room wasn’t soundproof at all and one night we couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the suite above us. For light sleepers we recommend the ear plugs. Roads in the resort could be in a better shape.

The place is beautiful! Our room (family suite) was great, located in the Villa Il Raggio, 400 meters from the main building, with stunning views and the morning walk to breakfast was pleasure for us. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is really nice and helpful and breakfasts beyond Italian standards.

Plenty of sun beds at the pool but we could have done with a few more umbrellas as it was very hot.

We stayed in room 305 - Suite with a pool view - was really big and also had a balcony with a view of the valley which was lovely. Not much around about but for a few days this wasn’t an issue. Also booked for a Massage which was really nice
