The lift isn't the quickest, and pretty small. The rooms are fairly basic Wifi was a bit hit and miss

Just one major complaint... in the middle of a heat wave, *staff* turned off (not just down) the air conditioning when they serviced the room. It was cool when we arrived, it was not cool when we returned from touring the next day. An absolutely stupid move, and if I'd not been able to make it work adequately before sleep time, I would have taken my pillow and gone downstairs and slept on the couch in the lounge. Yes, I did point it out to management. Keeping a room cool is more efficient than having to cool it down when it's overheated during the day. For me... with a heat related health problem, not having efficient air conditioning is a no-no, and lost the points Conitilia would otherwise have gotten, for all its good points, dodgy intermittent WiFi issues notwithstanding. (Completely lost on several occasions in our room, but worked fine in the lounge)

Nearly everything went well, the room was a good size, and apart from the fact no-one has dusted the high shelves since the last Emperor of Rome, it was otherwise, clean and fresh, with enough room for us and our extensive luggage. Breakfast was good, including a toasted sandwich maker... yay for ham & cheese toasties, a perennial favourite I miss when travelling. Yoghurt, tinned fruit, cereals, breads, fruit tarts.... apart from an egg or two... great starter for the day for most tastes. The dining and lounge areas were quite lovely. Some staff spoke excellent English, others not very proficient, but given my Italian is limited to saying thank-you and good-bye... we fared much better than some others for whom English is also their secondary language.

its a basic hotel, a bit dated but you get what you pay for , I think its still good value . Breakfast is a first come first served basis, if you're late down , there's nothing left but tea/coffee and toast/cheese, there is a lift but its small ,can be a bit awkward if you're with family

The area is not so welcoming especialy if you come at night. The streets from Termini are full with unpleasent pushy people. And the trash from the beens are all over the place

The room didn’t look like the pictures – it was small and dark. The shower was also very small. Wifi connection was bad. Breakfast was pretty plain.

We had arranged for a driver who must've gone to the wrong place at the airport, then we were blamed for him not finding us after waiting 3 hours at arrivals and having to take a very expensive Uber. So that didn't feel good.

Breakfast was good with a big selection. We were very happy that the room had air conditioning. Great location.

The room was a bit smelly and the hotel was super old. Main worry was that the door had no lock from the inside and the wifi connection was terrible. Also it was very noisy I we couldn't understand where the noise came from.

I loved the staff service. They were very friendly and helpful. The service was great and they're 24/7. The location was very good. Easy access to main attractions. Also the room was super clean. Breakfast was very good.

The room size was very small, it was the smallest room on the floor we was on, csnt really complain about this as we didn’t reserve any specific room, other than that it was great as we didn’t really spend any time in our room apart from night time.

The staff was amazing, my partner lost the room key on the very first day, at first they wasn’t too happy but they didn’t charge us for losing the key and would just joke about me holding onto the key so she don’t lose it again, overall great staff.

Breakfast was terrible. The worst I've ever had. Pictures better than actual place. There were cards in the room stating what the hotel offered (room service or items available like stamps) but when we asked none were available. Two days before leaving we requested for the concierge to help book a taxi to the airport - we were quoted a sum that seemed high to us but agreed as we had to catch an early morning flight. We realised when the car arrived that the concierge booked us the private transport service of the hotel, this explained the high price. We wish we were notified of this and given a choice, as we clearly asked for a taxi and confirmed the rate quoted was for a taxi.

Staff mostly friendly, but also depends on who you get on duty. Great location near main train station. Air conditioning.

The room does not look like the pictures at all. The towels are sheets and some of them had stains. Breakfast was very plain. Some of the staff is a bit rude while but others are nice.

The room had air conditioning which is essential in Rome. It’s very well located: it’s close to Roma Termini (the train and metro station) and it’s walking distance from the colosseum, the pantheon, the Trevi fountain…

The bed basically took up the whole room, there was not even really room to open up our suitcases and the area got a little iffy if you walked a block or 2 over. But, for what we needed the room for, which was for sleep and a bathroom, it got the job done

The staff was accommodating and fixed an issue we had with the hair dryer immediately. The location is a very short walk to the train station, but also far enough away to not get caught up in hustle and bustle.

The room is small, the beds were sort of tough... The breakfast is extremely small and limited.. not sure if its the hotel or the breakfast habits of Italy itself... The WIFI is terrible, have to login twice a day, extremely slow, takes 2 minutes to send a single picture and the reception in the rooms was also bad..

Cleaning service was good, the location was amazing. Alot of places nearby, extremely close to the Roma Termini station that connects you to every sight seeing place in Rome. Staff were really nice :)
