You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNo tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no mini-bar. We rarely use a mini bar, but the hotel were citing Covid as the reason for lack of these facilities. Time to get back to a normal service as other hotels have done. Lift out of action. We like to use the stairs, but nice to have a lift to get your luggage up and down from the 4th floor.
This was a good value hotel with no frills. We had a room with a lake view, which was lovely. It was also set back from the main road, which meant it was fairly quiet. The bathroom decor had the pink and grey tiles shown in other photos. It looked like something from the 60s, but this was misleading as the shower was great with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of choice at breakfast - continental style.

ItalyThe Continental is a business hotel, kind of, so not much charming or romantic. Yet it's quiet and clean and that was what we needed for one night: a convenient place to rest. The private parking is a plus.

Romaniaon booking.com it is mentioned that the elevator is working. the reality is different - it is declared non-functional by the hotel which creates extremely unpleasant situations for families with small children who are accommodated on the upper floors.

FinlandMan at the desk, probably owner, was very rude to us, and spoke only italics. I could pay only cash, even if there was marks about cards. The hotel itself was in mold, especially the breakfast room was smelling horrible. Breakfast wasn’t good, over cooked eggs and sweet choices. Bed was very old and uncomfortable. Air conditioning was so lousy and windy. The Lovere is quite quiet place, I recommend Iseo town instead. (Also bear in mind, that there is not any good beach at the whole lake)
Lady at the desk was very helpful and nice. Also parking was good.
