The information provided on the booking website for the location was wrong. It sent us to a completely different location which took forever to find parking and we had to walk a lot down a steep slope to find the place. Even though a message was sent about the location it still did not provide the coordinates and was too vague to understand where the hotel was.

The staff were amazing and super helpful in dealing with our issue of not finding the hotel and provided a positive attitude to find a solution. We really appreciated them. Breakfast was good for a hotel continental breakfast.

I was driving around Taormina for the third time when I realized, that the address indicated on booking was sending me to the wrong location. I called the hotel to ask where they actually are, they told me to read the message on booking.com. Which indicated, that the hotel is located 200 m away from the station…What am I supposed to do with this information? I tried to call again, they were hanging up. When I finally managed to find the hotel, I came there, saying peacefully, that they should send people the link to the real google location, as a drive around Taormina downtown is a nightmare. And gave them my passport. The 2 employees were rolling the eyes. Then there was a man entering the hotel after me, without the suitcase. They gave him the key and started explaining things. Then I realized it was the key to my room and they just decided to ignore me, and thinking we are together (for whatever reason) preferred to talk to a man… then I got my key and went to my room. When I came down, they insisted, that I should give my passport, which I already gave, but was ignored, together with my passport apparently. I left it in the safe box and said, that I could give it to them tomorrow, so they started yelling at me, that they need it for the police… Nice hotel. Those two guys are terrible unfortunately, the rest of the staff was ok. The breakfast had only filter coffee…if you wanna go to the city, it’s a hike with elevation gain of 200 m or a taxi for 25€ (5 min ride)

It’s at the bottom of a hill so be aware to walk into Taormina you need to hike up a old path which isn’t lit up after dark. It takes about 20 mins but is a high incline. Rooms are a bit outdated and could do with an upgrade. Air con wasn’t working

Free parking on site if you have a car. Close to a small beach which is nice for swims. Staff were very friendly. Great views from the room

Checked in early ready to leave bags however our room was ready.to check in. We had unobstructed views of the sea. The hotel is near the station however the walk is along a busy road with no footpath. We were able to walk into Taormina up a steep path for 25 mins. You can also catch a bus. The views from Taormina are spectacular and if you're feeling energetic you can walk to the church at the top of the hill.After a full day out it was wonderful to cool off in the pool. A good breakfast was provided.

The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful, breakfasts are delicious, it’s spotlessly clean, great having a bar onsite for a night cap and there a beautiful pool. It’s near to both the station and the bus route. Great around hotel

Everything was great!

Everything was great - from the people treating us like welcomed guests to the amenities. The steep path up to Taormina leads right from the hotel. The hotel is on a side street off the busy main road. Nice breakfast in a light and airy room.

The internet was very poor in the rooms improving at reception.

It wasn't clear to me that the hotel is towards the bottom of the steep hill up to Taormina. That's not really the hotel's fault, it was an oversight from me. Be prepared to bus/taxi up the hill as it's too steep for 80% of the population to walk.

The pool was a particular highlight. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The breakfast was much better than you'd expect from a hotel, and the location looking out on the water was sublime.

The shower is very tiny. I was too scared to wash my hair as it was too small. The bed was rock hard. Too firm.

All of the staff were very helpful especially Satu. She always had a smile.

Older hotel and walls were not soundproof. Traffic noise at night but not horrible.

Location close to train station, staff was excellent! Marco personally drove us to the train station in the rain when no taxis were responding. Victorio was very responsive and made good suggestions for sightseeing. Breakfast was good and loved the patio.

Excellent location for railway and road access. Beach close by. Taormina and the Greek amphitheatre is a long walk up but worth it though the tourist shops are a waste of time. For dinner walk along the coast for a bit of real Sicily.

The only thing I may have liked was some extra pillows - but having said that I didn’t ask for any !! Taormina is on a v steep hill with the hotel right at the bottom overlooking the beach - and the main town at the top of the hill. We really liked it - but others may not enjoy the walk or drive up into where all the restaurants and shops are
