Very small basic room with very small bed and lumpy pillow.. Decor tired but room clean. Adequate for one night but wouldnt want to stay longer.Wifi didnt work in room but ok in communal areas.

Gluten free options were very limited. Had to call and wait for staff to arrive to check us in at 2pm. No response from hotel via booking.com messages.

The noise from other room, the wall is not insulated well and it will be better if there is a kettle in the room to make hot tea.

The location is perfect because close to the station, the breakfast is decent but has many options, the bed is so comfortable, the room is clean, and the receptionist is nice

No coffee machine in the room, beds were not as comfortable, the bathroom ventilator did a lot of noise when we switched on the bathroom disturbing our friend next door especially during the night. We then found out we could switch on the mirror light to avoid putting on the noise.

I got the budget single room and it was tiny! Adequately equipped but minute. I was astounded that they managed to fit a shower into the bathroom. I would consider taking a step up next time.

The room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. You could hear every person talking or passing by in the hallways. The building itself was quite old and could use some updating. Also, the restaurant was located a couple of streets away, which was inconvenient.

The room was very clean. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was just by the train station, making it convenient to travel around. The staff at the reception were also very kind and helpful

We had an economy room. That does not allow the room to be very tired , grubby , tiles and shower edges were mouldy. Paint Wark not the best. Door skin was peeling off from the bottom. Economy should not mean poor state of decoration.

No negatives really stand out for us.

This hotel was perfect for our needs as we arrived late and were leaving in the morning. Even if you had a longer stay in Tirano, it would be more that suitable. Comfortable, clean rooms with a small ensuite but still functional. Great location in toan and only a few minutes walk from the train station. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

Rooms are very tired could do with painting and a bit of maintenance, shower was very awkward to get into, only 2 power points in the whole room and there both on the opposite wall to the bed head yet there’s a fridge, tv , table lamp and a fan and 2 power points? Not to mention you want charge your phone and I also have a sleep apnea machine just as well we had a power board and the lead on my sleep apnea machine made it just long enough for me to use , what hotel does not have a power point at the head of the bed ridiculous

It has a lift , the lady at the reception desk was marvelous, it’s ok for one night, nice bar has a restaurant attached but we didn’t eat there

Facility is rated old and needs a remodelling:( The first day it was ok and there was no any kinda smell but by next morning the bathroom became stinky:(
