The doors and especially the door locks are very loud - you will hear them all the time. You cannot leave luggage after check-out.

Freshly renovated, fast internet, excellent locations - in general, that's all. Nothing more to tell - really.

We had some difficulties reaching out the owner to get the key because it was asked that we communicated by what's app with a phone #. But we were not able to buy a SIM card for Italy that provided us with a phone #. But everything ended well. Advice from our host for a restaurant was not a good one. We were told by friends to go to El Billi. OUr host said it was too far and not good and he sent us to Da Nico. I checked after (my bad!) and Da Nico was 50 meters further away. It was really bad. except for the wine and service. The lobster was smelly, not fresh and way too cook (meat was stuck to the shell and the claw meat was black) and the rest of the meal was less than ok. Should have listened to our friends instead. Perhaps the host is friend with someone at that restaurant...

Very well located, in the heart of everything. Except for parking of course. It was sparkling clean, large room and large bathroom. We had a small fridge with water and sodas. Bed was somewhat ok, but fine if you like firm mattress.

Parking an issue ( because of the day we were there, Monday night) parking quite high, 25€ for just over 12 hrs. Air con not working efficiently. No full time receptionist, so despite prior contact with owner/manager, we waited over 1/2hrs to get checked in ( not good after a long journey ). Though person who arrived was very nice & helpful

While there are rooms with street view, I had one with barely any. The window faced the opposite building, which was literally 2 metres away. The room was small, too. I don't know if the others are bigger.

The location is great. People need to understand that this "hotel" comprises only one floor (the one shown in the above photo) with several individual rooms. There are no facilities such as breakfast, gym, pool, and not even anyone to talk to. There's only one guy there for check-in. One gets access code to the main door and key card for one's room, and the room gets cleaned every day. Worked for me because I was busy with a lot of things and was mostly keen on the location being near my activities.

Location was brilliant apart from the distance to the car parking.

All really good, except for a dog in another room which was continually barking - from 22.00 to midnight. We complained and the manager contacted the dog owner - who returned. But perhaps the hotel should consider whether dogs should be allowed.

big noise from other room and the house keeper in the morning because the door has 2 cm from the floor … and you also see the light coming from outside the room. the first morning no hot water … iced shower and the housekeeper said it wasn’t the first time. hope they fixed the problem from now on. the pregnant lady at the reception got upset because one of our children lost the magnetic key of the room… terrible answer although we immediately said we would have paid the penalty…

No staff on duty, except by telephone. No option for breakfast as there are no facilities to provide it. No access for anyone unable to climb stairs.

This is not an hotel. You get a room. That's it. There are no other facilities that you might associate with a regular hotel - such as a dining room, a bar or, even, a reception area. But, your bedroom will be pleasant, large and well laid out. The bed is good & the bathroom adequate. the location in the town centre is superb and it's easy to walk out and find adequate compensation for the things that are missing: restaurants, cafés, bars etc

I booked this property for 2 nights. First - it is not a hotel but a GUEST HOUSE. A portion of the 3rd floor of a large house was converted into a guest house with 6-8 rooms. So that is already deceiving as it is advertised/called a hotel. It is advertised as having parking, yet it does NOT have. And there is no mention that the hotel is located on a pedestrian street with the closest public parking being at about 500 meters walk to the hotel. As an American traveling 1st time to San Remo, it is extremely difficult to find both the hotel and the parking lot. And unfortunately the hotel management is NOT helpful and does not consider it as being their responsibility to help customers. So after about 2 hours trying to find parking, and after several attempts to ask the hotel for help, after realizing that I will not be able to park nor find Correnti hotel, at about 10:30pm, I had to urgently book another hotel at an additional $300. That FRIDAY night I paid for 2 hotels and never made it to Correnti hotel. Next day I called Correnti and talked to the hotel mgr who offered to help find the parking lot, and we successfully spent the night at Correnti. However, I was never refunded the 1 night’s stay, even though I didn’t spend the night there.

No nearby (or free) parking. A/C was NOT working … never got cooler than 27° (and that was after being “on” for over 8 hrs) in all 3 of the rooms we rented. There was not a manager on-site… had to wait in the heat and humidity for him to finally arrive to let us in.

The location is fabulous. It has the potential to be an amazing boutique hotel but it doesn’t get there.
