You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MexicoStaff don´t care at all about your business, most unfriendly people I have ever met, they do make you feel your not welcome at all and that they prefer not to have you in the hotel. Air conditioning didn´t work, so there was no way of warming the room in 5° temperature.
They let me use the hotel garage to store my bicycle at night. Close to ciclovia.

BulgariaThe hotel is positioned a little bit away from the old town and the centre of the city.
This hotel is simple, but very clean! It is pretty close to the sea and to the beautiful botanical garden of Sanremo. The staff is sympathetic and responsive. My room was small, but nice. The air conditioner was very powerful and quiet. For this price one couldn't ask for more in Sanremo.

This place is good if you are needing a one-night stay and you're using the place purely as a place to sleep. I am a South African and I was traveling alone so those factors informed my view of the hotel. It is small and old-fashioned, but it did the job. My room had a working air conditioner. The shower is small by my standards but it had beautiful hot water and pressure. There is good working Wi-Fi. Note that at time of writing, they didn't serve breakfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasant stay.

CanadaRooms arranged oddly, furnishings very dated. Bed not the worst, but far from best. Mine faced a busy street with traffic at all hours. Windows and walls are very thin. I could hear every small noise from the suites around. Any conversation in adjoining rooms, clearly audible. Ended up leaving a night early.
Cost compared to other places. Decent location. Checkin was easy.

SwitzerlandThe street noise made its way through the walls all but a few early hours of the early morning. No ready parking for guests ( good luck finding a spot) and a good walk back to the hotel when found. Although respectful, the staff could be just a bit more cheerful and helpful. We didn’t spend much time in the room and after a long day could have used a tad bit of quiet. No lift in case one has walking difficulty.
Although old, the room was clean. The bathroom up-to-date. There was a small fridge. The beds were quite comfortable. Location not bad; within walking distance from beach and farther down lots more to do.

United KingdomThe location was right next to a very busy main road, with traffic noise until 1.00am in the morning - so difficult to get to sleep No smoke alarm in the room !! The room had polystyrene ceiling tiles - which are a major fire hazard The room decor was very dated - it looked like it was from the 1970s ? The aircon was efficient - but no remote available - so was either on and too cold or off and too hot The fridge was small and turned off when I arrived Sorry - I don’t mean this review to be harsh - but no smoke alarm is not on - they cost £20 ?!!
The bathroom was very clean as was the rest of the room The concierge was friendly and let me put my bicycle in the room - which was really appreciated

SwitzerlandThe best Location in Sanremo. 10-15 min. walking to train station. 20 min. walking to Casino, 2min to the very lovely beach with free area, supermarket Conad across the street. The room has everything: refrigerator, hair dryer, big mirror, TV, towels, air conditioner. My room had street view, but I slept with the window open and it was quiet on this street at night. Very nice hotel for holiday! Highly recommended!
