The staff of the hotel was really healpfull from the fist moment of the reservation and very kind. They helped us will any information or details that we needed. On our arrival they communicated with us for extra information, if needed. Guided us on where to go and how and with many details on what to visit in the city. The area of the rooms is really good one, really close to all of the basic attractions one tourist would like to visit. The rooms are very cosy and clean. I recomend this place

However, one minor drawback to note is the early morning cleaning, which started at 8 or 9 am and created noise. And be prepared that tourist service tax is charged for each person when he is in other hotels behind the room 7 eur per day+person.

While the hotel may come with a higher price tag, its prime location in the heart of the city makes it worth every penny. Being centrally situated means that all the major attractions are just a stone's throw away, allowing us to explore the city without the need for public transportation. And all the best street-restaurants and bars are located very close to this hotel, my advise is don't go far away trying to find better:) Our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. Cleaning every day. Nice view. Friendly people.

The washroom had a few issues (slow draining hand sink and shower was a bit hard to use) but nothing that interrupted our stay.

The young lady who checked us in was really helpful. She was knowledgeable about the city and helped us get started on an outstanding stay.

Excellent location. 10 min walk to Vatican City, 15 min walk to Trastevere and around 25/30 walk to the colosseum. No issues at all with street noise which from reading reviews of other places located in the centre sounds like a rarity. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We were given some recommendations on bars/restaurants to try and they did not let us down. Apartment was clean and had great facilities. Overall I would definitely stay here again and would recommend booking this apartment to anyone.

Everything was perfect! The check-in was very smooth, all the staff we met were very friendly, the room was super clean and big enough for two, and the accommodation was at walking distance to almost all the attractions. The staff who checked us in gave us plenty of recommendations about where to eat and we loved the places he recommended and had perfect dinners; we didn’t have to search for other places. No breakfast is served, but there is a coffee area in the lobby where you can get coffee, tea, plenty of snacks and cakes any time during your stay; that was very generous! Will book again if we travel to Rome in the future.

They didnt provide replenishements of water. However they do have a self service pantry outside for coffee and tea.

Though there are buses available to get to places of interest like the Colosseum and the Pantheon and the Vatican city we chose to walk from the hotel to get there. The staff were friendly and helpful. They connected on whatsapp to check on our arrival and suggested ways to get to the property.

If i have chance to get back to Rome.Corso vittorio 308 would be the top of my hotel list. . You couldn't ask for more. They provide everything you need. The room is exactly as in photo and super clean. This place make you feel like home away from home.

The one thing that bother me was the water pumping noise every time we used water.

It was easy access to local attractions. Easy walk to the Vatican and bus stops just down the street. And if you close the windows and shutters, it was very quiet.

The noise in the morning from the cleaning staff and the reception area is clearly heard inside the room. The internet connection is not steady.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Great location—walking distance to most major sites and plenty of shopping and food choices nearby. Room big and clean; complimentary water and beverages in the mini fridge was an unexpected and welcomed surprise. The all day coffee and tea and snacks bar was great. Would definitely book again. Would be a great place to book for a friends’ trip or a family trip. Smart tv also great, could watch Netflix and Amazon Prime TV
