Excellent location, staff couldn't do enough for you. There are so many nice touches in our spotless apartment from fruit and chocolates for you to enjoy.. Excellent facilities plenty of tea, coffee and milk too. Couldn't fault the staff so helpful and friendly. Would love to return here again. Thank you Dennis and Chris amazing customer service and support

This is not a hotel, nor is it easy to find. Make sure you contact the host directly to get directions to wooden door for access.

Balcony was very nice, huge apartment. Great interior paint job!!!! Great host!! Would reccomend to couples visiting!!

The character of the property is beautiful. The apartment was big and spacious. Dennis was a great host, so helpful. The location is brilliant, so close to everything you want to see.

Fabulous location beneath the Torre dei Lamberti and looking out onto Piazza Erbe. The apartment was compact but very well equipped. Highly recommended.

The location is amazing. Our apartment was fabulous with a wonderful balcony overlooking the piazza. The staff could not have been more helpful. Complementary Ortigia products was a lovely surprise. It was more like a five star hotel!

It was quite loud at night, a lot of noise comes in through the windows. There also wasnt a 'balcony' it was just a full length window with a tiny concrete ledge (a bit misleading).

very close to everything, beautiful decorations, very clean, hosts were lovely and very helpful. There are markets right outside (every Saturday i think) and so many restaurants to chose from. We had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend!

Be prepared for some street noise as the apartment overlooks the beautiful busy square. Didn’t spoil a thing for us at all though

It was very loud downstairs, not the properties fault, but bar/club until 2am and can smell cigarettes smoke.

Piazza Erbe can get a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, until well after midnight

The location is difficult to beat. And the service provided by Dennis was excellent - providing great tips on restaurants, bars, day trips etc.

No elevator (see comment about oldest building), but even this wasn't an issue since Dennis was so lovely and helped drag our giant bags up 3 flights of stairs. We will definitely be staying here again!

Truly a beautiful property in one of the oldest buildings in Verona.The location was perfect. Situated on the Piazza Delle Erbe, which is a lovely square with lots of restaurants where locals congregate and right down the street from a wonderful bakery. The suite had lots of space, a great bathroom, and a sweet little balcony that I know we would have enjoyed more had the weather cooperated.

Details on wall paints need restoration. Could be regarded as acceptable on such a historical building but would be perfect if carefully restored.
