Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GermanyRoberto and Andreina are exceptionally gracious hosts. A lovingly made breakfast with everything your heart desires starts the day. Andreina bakes every day a new surprise for their guests and Roberto has many great excursion tips ready. We stayed in a very tastefully renovated historic house. And when we checked in, there was already water and a bottle of red wine ready for us as a gift. We wish the two many satisfied guests. They deserve it. We will be happy to come back when the opportunity arises! Rita and Alois

Switzerlandabsolutely nothing to complain about.
We loved our stay at Corte Tre Vigne. Our room was very spacious, lovely furnished and beautiful with the stone walls. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, the hosts served us the breakfast and we could choose from all different kinds of cheese, meat, bread and a lot of homemade cakes. Meanwhile they gave us great recommendations about winerys, restaurants and other activities in the area. Also the little bottle of wine in the room was a nice special! We felt very welcomed and would return anytime again! Grazie mille Roberto & Andrina!

We never usually stay in B&Bs assuming that a hotel stay will be better. How wrong were we! The owner Roberto is so accommodating and welcoming that we dont believe there is a hotel out there that could better them. The breakfast was out of this world and the room was stunning. We are definitely going back.

ItalyWe liked everything. Would only suggest to drivers of big cars to park on the Main Street instead did trying to make the turn into the parking area. The street parking is only a few extra feet from the provided parking.
Wonderful hosts and the property was quaint with modern amenities. We loved the garden spot for breakfast. It was a perfect location to relax under the pergola of grapes and pomegranates.

AustraliaThe location in the town of Valgetara is very convenient as we took local transport to San Floriano and walked to the B&B. We also walked to local vineyards in the hills above. The host prepares an excellent breakfast with good quality supplies. Good yogurt, jams, choice of bread including brown which is not so usual, fresh fruit, excellent coffee, hams and cheese. The room and bathroom are tastefully designed and decorated. The hosts are charming and make you feel at home.

United StatesMy husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful old building that has been renovated and has all the modern comforts while preserving its historic charm. Roberto, his mother, and Andreina went above and beyond to make us feel at home. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Grazie mille Roberto e Andreina!

IsraelAs mentioned by many, the entrance to the parking is through a narrow gate from a narrow street, which makes it difficult even for relatively small car. Not sure if at all possible if one has big car. However, it's quite possible to park a little bit farther from the property on the main street of this small village.
Located in the middle of beautiful Valpolicella vineyards area. Recently refurbished old farmhouse, equipped with the most modern electrical and plumbing features. Tastefully designed rooms and most modern and comfortable bathrooms. Reach breakfast, lovingly prepared and served in the beautiful garden (in good weather) by the owners Andreina and Roberto. They are most helpful and one can feel that they love what they do. Would like to come back and stay again.

United KingdomAbsolutely nothing. I only wish we had stayed longer! But 100% we will be back here on our next trip.
If you're looking for a luxury stay in the heart of Amarone country, don't think twice and book a room at Corte 3 Vigne! My wife and I booked our stay very last minute which wasn't an issue at all, especially because the propert offers a self checkin experience. The owners, Andreina and Roberto are an amazingly kind and friendly local couple who have created a magical experience and cannot do enough to make sure their guests are comfortable. Roberto is an engineer by trade and this is reflected in the awesome use of tech throughout the property. Andreina and Roberto were also hands-on in the creation of this property, handling the architecture and interior design themselves. Everything you see, touch and smell is all from their own fair hands. The location is simply amazing with all of your favourite Amarone producers just a stone's throw away and a collection of divine restaurants in the area just a short drive. Being locals, Roberto and Andreina can guide you on where to eat and visit and will even help you with reservations. The breakfast that is served by Andreina is on par with what you'd expect from a 5* hotel, but even better because it is made with love and has a local touch. Everything that is served is from the region, from cheese to fresh pastries and salami. They have a professional coffee setup too (this is Italy after all!). And of course, because the hosts are so amazing, they can help you with alternate breakfast arrangements if you want to leave super early to get your wine tasting on. The rooms are extremely well appointed, with an expert blend of modernism through beautiful lighting and gadgets without compromising that rustic feel. The bed was super comfy and if you need it, the AC is a great way to cool off after exploring the local vineyards. The bathroom was stunning and a great way to start off your day. There's even a mini-bar in the room with ample space to store your own goodies.
