The photos that I thought were of the hotel were views from some of the rooms. not mine. misleading. The photos look like a great entrance but it’s a place around the corner. The view from my room was a parking lot and the wall across the street. No heater. The elevator didn’t stop on room floors only on half floors. Not accessible. Don’t go if you have trouble with stairs.

we had some Sue’s with our shower flooding and despite asking 3 times for them to fix they never did. they brought up towels for us to clean up the mess the leaky shower made about :30 after we called and didn’t even offer to clean it.

the property was close to everything you “need” to see in Rome. very clean and breakfast was decent.

The room was a bit small, but the biggest problem was lack of storage only one drawer. Also the open style of wardrobe is not suitable for ladies clothing as the drop is far too short. Bedside tables could have also offered space for all those items you like to keep close at hand. Similarly the bathroom lacked a shelf for toiletries but otherwise was nicely fitted.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is well located easy walking distance of the Trevi and Pantheon. The cafe was very handy for breakfast with a wide range of options and the coffee was good. The air con in the bedroom was very efficient which was much appreciated as the temperature was 38 degrees. The bathroom was nicely appointed with two levels of lighting. It was good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

2 minor things . Lack of light. The room was very dark, even with all lights on. I needed the light from my phone in order to read. The bathtub and shower were designed in such a way that you always have plenty of water on the floor.

The location. Close to the forum, not far from Trevi Fountain and Piazza Venezzia. We had a huge room (may be too much for holidays). The idea of getting the breakfast from the associated Caffe close to the hotel is good. You pay for what you need, and not for a huge buffet that you won't use.

Scaffolding outside, beds were a bit too firm and there was plenty of space for 2 chairs so you have somewhere to sit instead just the bed.
