There were young folk making lots of noise in the Piazza until about 1a.m. each night. Usually I expect a bit of this in a central piazza, but this wasn't happy fun noise, which is fine, but intrusive, abrasive noise.

It feels terrific being in that loft while all the life is happening down in the Piazza. The decor & feel of the apartment is really appropriate to the ancient buildings of the square.

there was nothing i didn't like. when i made the booking on the app, i didn't check if there was an ac and i realised we booked a place without an ac only when we reached the location but surprisingly the temperature during the night was perfect and we didn't even need the ac !

the location was perfect, it was exceptionally clean, it was comfortable and spacious, the hosts were amazing (answered all our questions very quick and provided detailed instructions on how to reach the location from the train station)

I am average height, the ceiling would be low for a taller person, this was no problem for me.

The location was superb. Just in front of the cathedral and the main square in Perugia. Not that easy to reach by the car, but managable. I like the place. A few steps fom Art Museum and the ancient, Etruskan well.

The appartment is directly above the Piazza IV Novembre - the place where a lot of young people meet in the evening. So it can be noisy enough to hear it despite the very well noise-insulated windows. We didn't mind at all but if you're a very light sleeper you might have trouble sleeping.

It was the most amazing location, directly above the Piazza IV Novembre - right in the middle of the beautiful old town. Many restaurants and bars within 5 min walking distance.  The appartement was very spacious and beautifully furnished with a mixture of modern and antique elements.  The communication regarding the appartment was very friendly, helpful and quick. A small problem with the drain in the shower was fixed within 15min. Awesome! Thank you so much for the wonderful time

some small details not thought out - no instructions for the kitchen equipment, heating, how to use recycling bins, etc. No dishwasher tablets or plug for kitchen sink. Noisy at night from piazza. No bath. Bit overpriced, even given the location.

Apartment is situated right on top of a noisy bar. If you're a light sleeper it might get in the way. Music was on till past midnight.

The location of the apartment is excellent, situated right in the heart of the main square. The apartment was very cute, impeccably clean with everything that one needs. The owners were exceptionally helpful, great to communicate with and gave clear instructions from arriving to the apt, to handling the keys, to how to use transportation etc.

Only issue is the stairs but the staff did offer to meet us and transfer our luggage to the apartment.

Great location, clean and comfortable with all that was needed (we stayed in February so was quiet, but could imagine a fair bit of noise from outside in the warmer months). But would stay again especially when the lift is installed. Loved the decor and the facilities. Shops really close by to get supplies.

Bit noisy at night. It does not have an air con so it can get a bit hot.

Location right next to the central square, with windows facing towards the fontana Maggiore and the cathedral (hence the reason it can get a bit noisy at night, as it is a very lively place). The loft is wonderful, large space, nicely decorated, very clean. The communication with the host pre and during the trip was excellent. The idea to make all the info regarding access and check-in available via a video was pretty innovative and useful/ appreciated.

I didn't realize that there would not be someone there to meet me. Access by key box only, and all interaction via WhatsApp. It is noisy until very late at night because of parties on the square.

No real feel of soul about it, just a room with a bathroom, didn't live up to the expectations set by the write-up of the guys that run the show.

The location is great, lift to the top floor but NO VIEWS as in the description so lucky it was only a one-night stay. the bed linen was good quality and a coffee machine in the room helped. (Also they let me in early)

The apartment was very dark, and scaffolding blocked the little view that there was. The bathroom needs updating, and there is no parking close by, which meant we needed to drag our suitcases a long way. There was a lot of noise coming up from bars downstairs, so we needed ear plugs to help sleep at night.

Very secure and central location with a good size kitchen, loft bedroom, and lounge area.

It was extremely noisy until 2am and since it had no air conditioning the windows had to be open. I had no sleep for two nights.
