How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Rooms are too hot, we slept with an open window in cold winter.
Direct access to slopes and gondolas. Quick check in and check out Efficient staff Towels always available in the spa (as many as you need) Heated swimming pool, half inside and the other half outside with jacuzzi. Garage parking Ski depot Very good food, wide choice of wine and drinks

nothing major. The price is a bit high and the extra charges pile up. The service at dinners could be more efficient, we waited one evening for quite a while to get our order. The game hall (with the pool and tennis tables) can use some new equipment.
Location is amazing with great views and a lot of green. The staff is really great too, attending to every need very fast. Room size surprised us with how big it was and very comfortable. Reallly loved the kids play room, it's amazing for families with young children. The food was great too, selection changes every day and they have great options for kids as well. The pool and sauna were also really great, clean, large and welcoming, the indoor-outdoor pool was great.

All was perfect
Loved everything about the hotel - extremly clean, very good breakfast/dinner, heated pool, activities and most of all amazing staff. Would totally come back, we enjoyed our very short stay.

Our particular room was located near the entrance and was probably louder than most.

The rooms in the old part of the hotel need a refurbishment, very good the rooms in the new part, made in 2015.
Family Thaler are great in guests hospitality, on Wednesday nice free aperitif, on Thursday good market in the cellar of the hotel, on Friday amazing fish buffet. Super swimming pool outside and inside. The ski area is in front of the hotel.

The indoor/outdoor swimming pool was beautiful. However, it was not good to swim laps because the glass separation doors did not remain open and it was difficu;t to turn and push off the glass wall.

The rooms could be more confortable and the selection of the view, the size and the pricing did not appear very well coordinated. The information provided on the web is also insufficient. It does not do full justice to the quality of what the hotel offers and, at the same time, does not allow a choice of the rooms that allow the customer to take into account their different characteristics (the size, the exposition, the view etc.). The supply of services in the SPA and the health facilities is also too limited in my opinion, even though its quality is excellent.
The hotel is an exceptional example of an integrated supply of traditional and innovative services for several emerging forms of naturistic/wellness tourism. It combines the comfort of an international luxury hotel with the personal attention and human warmth of a family enterprise. It offers a unique blend of hospitality, good cuisine, excellent sport and recreational facilities, flexible planning, quality control and attention to details and overall efficiency. The physical structure is extremely well designed and provides excellent facilities.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The employees are very kind and friendly. The hotel's swimming pool is suitable for swimming with children. Especially, I am very satisfied with the breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel. It's the best place to stay with your child, and it's a good hotel to relax.
