Although quality of breakfast was excellent, the communal table may not be to everyone’s taste especially when busy and when children are involved.

The property is modern with a minimalist look. The NIcolosi area is an interesting typical Etna village area with very good hidden eateries around. The weather was super good as well. This is the best hotel in the world in my opinion.

We spent a really peaceful stay in this hotel. The place is quiet and everything is well designed. The breakfast is really amazing too. There is a parking in front of the hotel and Etna is only 25 min drive. We definitely recommend this hotel.

When the restaurant is active, particularly on the weekends, you can get some cooking smell when you are in the balcony.

Windows are not soundproofed well. On weekend days, that might bother people who are sensitive to noise.

It was a very well designed and managed hotel with a pizza restaurant that makes the best pizzas ever! Be aware that the pizzas are huge! Although the room we were initially placed was not perfectly soundproofed, the hotel manager was able to move us to a different room with a better location and farther from the noise source which pleased us. The breakfast was also great and one of the best we had in Sicilian hotels.

The noise from the restaurant (of the hotel?) next door with loud music until past 2 AM prevented me from sleep, despite the very comfortable bed and soothing decor.

Breakfast was superb with variety of choices. The interior decoration was exactly to my taste, simple but chic. I particularly liked the Cielo bathroom equipment.

There is only a tiny space to sit outside so just be aware.

This is a great hotel if you are visiting Etna or Taormina. Everything was good especially breakfast. We ate at the restaurant next door which was fab.

Every aspect of this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are beautifully furnished, with meticulous attention to detail. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the shampoo and bathing capes is on the 5-star hotel level (if not better). The breakfast served here is truly delicious. They offer top-quality Italian salami and cheese, freshly squeezed juices, tomatoes, and a variety of other delicious options. The service provided by Bruno is truly remarkable. He exemplifies how tourism professionals should conduct themselves. He is always ready to help, friendly, and constantly wears a warm smile. On our last day, when we had an early flight, they went above and beyond by preparing generous breakfast packages for us, including fresh fruit and pastries. It was an incredible gesture that demonstrated their commitment to making our stay truly memorable. The location is excellent if you plan to explore Mount Etna, Catania, Siracusa, and Noto. It serves as a central point for all these attractions. What's more, parking is free, which is a great convenience. We are already looking forward to returning to this remarkable hotel!
