I had stayed for one night the previous week but the staff, especially Luca, were equally helpful and welcoming on this second visit. Delighted to get an apartment with an en-suite bathroom on this occasion. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Once again a great location for both the city and the railway station.

Bathroom was excellent but separate from the room which required walking through a public area to access it. The doors to the adjoining room did not suppress sound at all and my neighbours’ conversations could be easily overheard.

Location was excellent for station, city centre and for the car rental office. Huge room which was clean and well appointed. Excellent communication from the property prior to arrival and was met on arrival which was appreciated. Overall excellent value for money with a couple of caveats.

Could have some more free toiletries (e.g. slippers, toothbrush), that would really make a difference

We missed a bit a gas stove, but learned to cook with the microwave:-).

The apartment is excellent situated between the bus and train station and the historic center. It is only a block away from the canal. It is in a beautiful historical building and very stylish decorated/furnished.

The bathroom was reached via a common hallway - which made this a little incomfortable. The plus is that the bathroom was very big and it had a shower and also a bathtub.

The location is right in the city center, a few steps away from the area with the restaurants. The room looked exacltly like in the pictures, big and spacious. We had a coffee machine, tea and water. Luca and Silvano, the hoats, are very friendly and gave us tips on parking and good restaurants in the area.

I didn't realize that the bathroom was an exterior one. It was, however, private.

I loved the marriage of the old historic building with the new and modern facilities and decor. Both the room and the bathroom were quite large and spacious and everything was impeccably clean. In addition to the property, the staff was friendly and efficient. I was met promptly at the door and shown to my room; the gentleman was perfectly clear in his explanations of everything. The building was very secure. Also, the location was on a quiet street, but only one street over and steps away from all the activity - many restaurants, bars, sites and people.

Everything was great!

Luca was very kind and excellent with communication. Mr. Silvano was there to greet me and show me the keys for the room. The facilities were very clean and comfortable, the room itself is very cute. Excellent value for the price and the location is one block from the grand canal and 4 blocks from the main square. Tons of convenient restaurants and coffee close by (also a coffee maker in the room with coffee). Everything was wonderful!

Relatively difficult to find parking. One of the rooms has a private bathroom, but outside the room and my friends did not like this

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The location is excellent, near the Grand Canal; many tourist attractions are accessible on foot. Lots of restaurants are nearby. The host was in constant contact with us until we finalized all the details.

A really lovely room, far more spacious than I was expecting, with a very comfortable bed and super cute design. Great location right next to the Grand Canal. The host Luca was friendly and accommodating, and allowed me to drop my bags for storage for the afternoon when I arrived early too.

We were in Trieste for the 2nd time and stayed in the accommodation. The communication was again totally uncomplicated. Our arrival time was taken into account individually. Luca had contacted us, Mr. Silvano was there on time and gave us the keys. The flat is in a phenomenal location in the old town. Everything is within walking distance from here. Shops, great places to eat, the sea.... The rooms are equipped with everything a traveller needs to feel comfortable. Everything is lovingly furnished to a high standard. This makes travelling fun. And we will certainly comming back. Thank you for everything!
