There was mold in the shower and you can see that it is not old one and would be preatty easy to cleam if you do it properlly. Also conditionong during the night was terrible - it was hotter than outside.

Hotel is at great place, easy to come from train station and airport bus stop, also near the city center. Rooms are pretty and new, you can find a lot of things - washing room, gym, amazing terrace on the roof and etc.

My room card kept unmagnetising, breakfast was simple, but tasty, yet without many options for vegans.

Good location, great view from the top terrase, many facilities in the hotel, perfect for a business travel. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and bathroom great. Staff was always available and helpfull.

Rooms were a bit warm, the lowest the thermostat would go down to is 20c which I think is a national restriction however leaving the windows/door open didn’t feel safe with shared balconies.

Staying in room 501, the sound insulation is very poor. At night, you can always hear the sound of guests entering and exiting the switches, and the sound of the elevator running. The toilet drained very poorly and needed a major cleaning, the aircon didn't work well.

The price is cheap, the decoration of the hotel is beautiful and new. The breakfast was good, the coffee was great. There is parking in the building, but you need to pay $20 per night

The room is a bit small. The bathroom window didn't open. Since it's also a hostel, at nights it can be noisy on the rooftop. Breakfast is quite basic.

The location was very nice, near to the Valentino park, full of bars and restaurants. It's an half an hour walk to the city centre (Piazza San Carlo). It has a parking, that costs € 20 a day, but it's a good compromise if you want to enjoy the city without taking your car or looking for parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lyrics of Subsonica's song in flamingo pink letters on the outside wall it's a very nice touch.

A bit noisy from the other residents. My room had an electric board that made a bit of a noise but I was to tired to let it keep me awake but some may be annoyed because It was next to the bed.

- The shower was leaking a little bit through the little gap between the door and the shower. - The bed is squeaky; getting in and out of bed made a really squeaky noise. - Pillows on the bed were 'flat'; my boyfriend needed 2 pillows to sleep well. We noticed that the bed is quite on the hard side. - We had a shared hallway where they were 2 rooms (included ours). We could hear the people from the other room entering and leaving their room well. But we didn't hear them talking in their room or something.

- Location is perfect; it's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station Porta Nuova. The neighbourhood is quiet too. - Staff was really friendly; there is an option to leave your luggage. - It's great for students and young people; there's a pool table, hangout area, study rooms, etc. - There's a bar and restaurant where they have deals; e.g. carbonara with a drink for 10 euros. We didn't try the food, but it seemed really good for a cheap price. - Cleaning staff did their work very well; they left it always really clean. - Breakfast is really cheap! We didn't try breakfast, but it looked very good for the price of 8 euros per person!

What I would suggest is to refill the tea coffee stuff daily, that would be much appreciated since I put two milks to my morning coffee, and I could do that only one day out of two. Also the disabled toilet was not very comfortable to me, way too high up. But I assume they just had no other room available. also both elevators were broken and climbing up to the 5th floor wasn’t great.

The room was really spacious and clean, it had a balcony too. I received a nice welcoming card with a little chocolate. I stayed here for two nights and it was really nice. there was a terrace at the top floor to enjoy the sun! Also a staff member Sabrina was very kind and helpful and i am super happy with her service. other staff were nice and friendly too. Very positive experience.

I found it a bit far from the city centre but I didn't mind walking so it was fine for me. The carpark cost 20€ for a day and I did find that a bit too expensive.

Nice room with comfortable bunk beds. There as a balcony with a small table and two chairs, which was nice. I was also greeted by a nice personalised note and chocolates in the room. There also was a kettle with coffee. It was much appreciated.
