The shower! Water temperature changes from very cold to very hot (even after switching rooms). The staff were all very nice, kind and assisted me with anything I needed.

Breakfast was simple, all sweet. Coffee was excellent. There weren't too many options to choose from (even with extra payment)

I live in turin but We stayed in this hotel because there is work going on in the house and we can’t sleep, then i saw cx place everything was good i was about to sleep until the fire alarm rang at 3 am - 3:30 and we thought there’s is a fire but it was just a false alarm and in the end we didnt have a good sleep.

The hotel was good it has a very modern design it has gyms and bar. And our balcony has a very nice view and clean rooms.

The first night I couldn’t sleep because of the loud noise coming from the air con system (that btw was switched off). They couldn’t do anything to fix it that night and they couldn’t even change my room because the guy working at night is not authorized to assign new badges. They fixed the issue the day after (apparently I wasn’t the only one complaining) and for the remainder of my stay everything was fine. I spent there 3 nights so for me at the end this was just a small incident but if I stayed there only one night well my review would have been negative

Nice, brand new and clean room. I was at the 7th floor with a small balcony and a beautiful city view.

Miserable for paying a nice hotel price for a hostel-like room

Tiny little room for a big price at a not-so-good location

I paid for a hotel price but the room is a mere 13 sq meters!! I sure don't expect it to be a pigeon hole with that kind of pricing! The staff explained that it's basically "for the students". It sure felt like a hostel and I sure wouldn't pay that price nor for a hostle. they were willing to "upgrade" me to a bigger room, well the "bigger" room was 2 sq meters bigger yet the shower was smaller than the prvious room, I can barely turn around in the shower where there is not even a basic rack to put the shampoo and shower bottles, so they were put in a corner on the floor inside the shower. And every time I had to use it, I got the shower splashing all over my hair. It was extremely inconvenient. I would never recommend this place to anyone. By the way, the surrounding neighborhood was not that nice, it's safe alright, but to the unversity students, it might be ok for the closeness to the campus. But it is a rather run-down kind of location. And the breakfast was so so, have the basics, but pastries taste a bit like overnight stale.. However, the front desk staff members are very friendly and helpful, I have no complaints about them. BTW, I booked the flat in Toulouse, having the entire beautiful flat of 52 sq meters with a price even a bit lower than Turin's "student" room!! I regretted booking this Turin place immensely.

The single room was too small and not very clean. I stayed there almost a year ago, and things hadn't improved since. The toilet door didn't close properly, and the lamp didn't work. The chair was dirty and unusable, and the duvet wasn't very clean either. Plus, the walls didn't block out much noise, so I had trouble sleeping due to all the nighttime sounds.

Staff are very helpful and polite.

The room was very small, the shower worked poorly. The lady on the reception demanded a bail for my friend to visit me in the room for 5 minutes, this amount of distrust is unacceptable, also the hotel was cashless, which was not convenient for me.

The room was clean, there was small complementary bottle of champagne in the room, and the amount of utilities was great.

Very cold environment. Large rooms but empty, could use a desk for work. Super tiny shower, terrible pressure . Complicated wifi. Not at all in city centre. AC barely does anything. Extremely unfriendly female staff members in the morning (the night porter was nice). Mattress hard as a rock. No sound isolation whatsoever

Beds are too small and squeeky

I have been to other hotels of the same group/chain. I generally like the clean, modern functional design of these student residences/hotels. This one is very well located to get to various parts of Torino and is surprising quiet for the otherwise very busy location. We had two single beds which were TINY (80 cms) and if you are a restless sleeper, there is a chance you will fall off... i woke up countlesstimes on the edge of the bed. That, and the bed structure is made of (cheap) wood so very squeeky. If these issues were resolved, it would be great. In the future I will return to the Camplus Bernini location, better nights' sleep.

They switch off the air conditioner at 11.00PM till next day late afternoon, even after personally requesting to leave it on because it was too hot to sleep, they didn’t help. We tried sleeping with the windows open, ended up getting bitten by a million mosquitos. It makes no sense after paying full price for the room, and they control the air conditioner times as they wish.

Decent interior and facilities, clean and modern.

Well, I start by saying it's not the typical hotel I'd book so I may have grown picky with time. The room wasn't very clean, we had stains on the wall, some crumbles on the floor and the shower had some mould on the sealants. What really annoyed me were 2 aspects. The first is that there was no real temperature control in the room, it was way too hot and even if we put the aircon at a minimum it didn't really work. Maybe is the air conditioning that does not work in march? The second aspect is the noise. Have you ever heard of the Sea Organ in Zadar? Well, here they have the Wind Flue, which is basically the same except that they use wind instead of water, and it makes a constant whistling annoying sound instead o a relaxing one. The architect of this building was probably on an LSD trip and designed the facade in a way that a tiny little gust of wind makes it resonate. When we arrived it was pretty windy and the first night I slept 2 hours because it felt like someone was playing an out-of-tune flute in my ears.

I was in Turin for a couple of days and didn't want to spend much, so for that, it actually worked out pretty well. I liked the common areas and the gym.
