A fridge would have been good to have in the room. We had a kettle but could only find one suitable socket in the room, I had to force the plug into the socket near the floor in the entry. Paper cups and not glasses for a drink? We found the breakfast setup awkward. Not what I would expect when paying over €160 a night for a B&B hotel.

After not having messages returned on Booking.com we had a generous welcome when we arrived and were given some options for things to do during our stay. A visit to the information centre for a more detailed map is recommended. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable enough with a great view from our balcony.

stuff were not attentive, as if we disturb them. recommended us a restaurant which was closed on Thursdays, they should know better. breakfast is served cold (omelet etc).

The double bed was actually two beds pushed together - they kept coming apart during the stay which caused some difficulty when sleeping.

Beautiful location and a short walk from the town centre with incredible views from the balcony. The room was well put together and the staff were kind. Breakfast was lovely too, with lots of choices from the buffet. A big thank you to the lady who was in training on the front desk when we checked in, she was doing an amazing job.

The breakfast is buffet but you can’t serve yourself, the waitress puts in your plate what you tell her to put. We saw this first time. The rooms are not very sound proof so we could hear the people next room, but didn’t bother us as we were getting up early. One small fridge would be nice to have in the room. Everything else was perfect

The hotel is very authentic, close to the center and close to the slopes. The rooms are nice, we had a balcony but couldn’t enjoy at it as we were all day on the slopes. All in nice place to stay at this hotel for good value

Breakfast - not a lot to choose and strange way ... you cant take food but yourself, you need to wait that stuff give it on the plate?!? weird to order oneslice of cheese, one slice of ham ... please change this.

The service from the two women (owners I guess) is inquisitive, always rude and as if they were doing you a favor, as if you were not paying for stay there, invading their property, their home. If they don't want to deal with strangers, why do they have a hotel? You can't serve yourself to breakfast, they serve you, don't you dare touch the dishes or cut something or serve juice in your own glass, they come flying in saying "it's not self service", always in a rude manner. And it wasn't me, because since the information was given to me, I didn't serve myself and waited. But I saw several people being treated rudely because of this. Continuing: if you don't arrive at 7:30/8 am for breakfast, don't expect the omelets to be hot, they serve them cold. The second hot chocolate you order is weaker than the first, don't expect it to be the same. Also, don't expect hot water until the end of your shower, some mechanism will gradually cool the water. From the sink tap, hot water only comes out if you open it to full pressure. And you don't always want pressure, but just hot water to wash your hands. They also watch you, even if you ask not to have room service. I locked the door twice and, when I returned, just one was enough to open it. And this happened twice. Another observation: don't expect someone to respond to you, neither via booking nor via whatsapp. Roberta wrote down or pretended to write down my number and no response came via message. I sent a message via whatsapp to the number registered in booking and the message still hasn't arrived, despite the photo being of the hotel. Anyway, these small details, mainly the lack of tact with guests, make me not recommend the hotel. It has structure and potential, but the way they treat you is offensive (except, of course, Marcelo, the only person that is not rude and knows how to deal with guests).

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The bed, sheets and towels are clean (with the exception of one of the towels, which was dirty, but was quickly changed) and of good quality. I highlight Marcelo's excellent service (the only one who knows how to deal with customers/guests). He responded everything and everytime kindly and, in the absence of a public bus to Lake Misurina, he took me and another guest there, what was very kind of him!

Some of the breakfast plates were cold, (eggs, bacon), it should be easy to have a heating system to keep them warm.

Very nice hotel, not in Cortina Center but very easy to go by foot, and quiet. The decoration is very nice and cosy, everything in wood with a lot of nice paintings and carpets. The bathroom is in a modern style. It looks like the pictures on the website.In addition, it is very nice to have a living room to read or play cards or meet people ( the bar was closed when we came in November). The breakfast is served and everything seems home made. A very good place to go hiking around Cortina.

Approx 10-15 min walk from the centre of town with free parking. Single room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. As others have stated, the staff serve you breakfast which was a bit different but no issue - there were a variety of options and I got everything I wanted.

No lift. The walk to town felt a bit dangerous cos there wasn't much of a pathway for pedestrians. We ended up driving to town subsequently after our 1st walk to and fro town.

Room was comfortable. The whole place smelled nice cos they had diffusers in many locations. Breakfast was decent though not outstanding. Free parking.

the rooms are not that large - but because we were only there for sleeping one night it was okay. the value for money is because of the price not that good, but I guess this will be normally in Cortina.

Location was fine near the centre of Cortina. Parking could be a little bit tricky, because there are not very much space for parking (but we could find a lot every time). Breakfast was a little bit strange to us, because normally with a buffet we are used to take the food for our own, but here you have to say, what you like - I'm not sure if this is common in this region,but never had that before.
