This is something that has nothing to do with Dante's Relais, but the noise within the streets was unacceptable for my stay. I needed to work in Florence, but I just slept 2 hours maximum per night. There is a bar just around the corner, people are screaming and singing till 2am in the morning and from 4 you here the streets get cleaned, old glass from the restaurant below is getting into trash, the supermarket from the other side gets new items (which is normal for a city center! So again totally fine). The windows are old, which is fine and has is own character, but if you really need to sleep, like I needed to because I needed to work in Florence, it is unfortunately not perfect. BUT again, the accommodation itself is GREAT.

The room was super nice, modern, clean, I liked the style with the wooden roof and the bed was new. Dante's Relais is located PERFECTLY in the center of Florence, you can walk to any sightseeing and you'll be there at every tourist must see in 3-10 Minutes.

The pillow was hard which gives me neck pain in the morning, and the room wasnt that warm and noise coming from the outside

Walls are paper thin people coming home at 3am then talking next door until 5am .when I went in the bathroom it was literally like they were in the bathroom! . Doors banging you can even hear every keys opening all the doors . This spoilt my stay as I literally didn’t sleep over the 2 nights . Also the noise outside from the little supermarket opening and receiving delivery’s early in the morning . This is not the accommodations fault but maybe some ear plugs would help for future stays . It would have also been nice for some sort of hand soap to wash your hands after a visit to the bathroom . The location is great !

Very warm room No fan or AC and unable to the open the window. Horrible shower gel. Bring your own. No kettle ( as stated in the description) Toilet seat very flimsy and not stable Does not look like the photos Be aware it is noisy but to be expected as so central Also up quite a few flights of stairs and no lift .

There is no air conditioner in the room. For summer is needed. However, there is a fan that helps. Matress need to be replaced. Its not confortable and I won't recomended for couples. Shower and toilet are next to each other... Very small bathroom. Breakfast is not included nor available but lots of restaurants around.

Location! Really close to Ponte vechio, duomo. Etc. A lot of restaurants around. It was not noysi. Only some sound from the toilet from time to time. It is not a hotel. There is a small shared fridge in the hall. There is a. Carrefour store in from of Dante's relais and a fruit store in the corner.

The fan in the shower was broken so the whole room was damp. You can open the windows of course but they open on to a very busy and noisy square. Expensive for what it is.

It was cold, the heat automatically turned on only after 7 PM, but it should've been on earlier, it's not very comfortable to take a rest under the blankets with your sweater on and waiting to warm up for hours. The location is great, but because it was too close to the main streets, there was so much noise from the passing people especially during the Saturday nights. Windows are old and they don't isolate the sound from outside.

The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and had running hot water all the time. The location is great because it is close to the Dome and other main attractions of the historical center, you don't have to walk a lot, everything is close by and accesible. The host was polite and happy to help. If you are looking for that old, rustic vibe to experience, the place is good for that.

The area is noisy and people are really loud. The walls are so thin. We could hear the other people staying beside our room so drunk.

The outside noise is just insane. If you are a light sleeper please don’t come here, you won’t be able to sleep, at all. There are people screaming and partying all night (there’s a bar nearby). There’s also a lot of machinery work noise in the streets, all night.

It's in the center... but this also comes with lots of noise. There's a few restaurants/bars just downstairs.. The bed was not the most comfy, eventually this could be improved.

Amazing location in the center, really close to the Duomo, Palazzio Vecchio and all the major tourist attractions. Great rooms with nice decor, kind and caring staff and easy check in/check out. We recommend!
