It’s about 30 minutes walk to the center. To enter the house you need internet. It was a bit cold in the room (I think it is not relevant comment for the summer but we stay in April).

Location-wise, a bit annoying to get to the city center, because the roads and crosses on the way are under construction. But it's okay.

Very nice design of the room, high ceilings, coffee machine with cookies. Quiet. Nice park and green area near the small river nearby.

Can get noisy due to loud neighbors or other sounds around the apartment. Check-in, door opening and tax pay via Vikey felt a bit unsafe to me.

Very close to a bus station that takes you to the city center quickly. Also close to supermarket and pharmacy. Nicola is very friendly and helpful.

- it is little bit noisy at night, because the room is facing the street and can be a little hard to sleep if you're sensitive to that

- very clean room - common area with a fridge, free tea and coffee - very nice and comfortable room - very good location, we walked to the city center every day, but if you want to take the bus the station is near - safe area, we came walking at night and there weren't any problems - very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, beautiful decorated The host was amazing, very helpful, he provided all the information necessary for our stay, even recomandation of restaurants, and also surprised us with a nice bottle of red wine :) If we'll ever come back to Florence, we'll surely stay here again.

Incredibly kind staff! The room was spacious and clean for a great deal. We took a 20-30 minute bus ride each day to the city center, which was easy and cheal. We spoke to Nicola via Whatsapp and he provided some amazing recommendations for food and destinations. 10/10 recommend for couples.

The room and bathroom are really clean and spacious. Even though our private bathroom (not sharing) is on the other side of the short communal corridor, we, two ladies, did not feel awkward to get to. And the communal pantry is also kept nice and tidy. Nicola was very responsive to messages. He gave us a lot of local tips for travelling and suggested a very nice Florentine restaurant, which is just 100m from our apartment, on the first night we arrived late. It became our favourite restaurant in the city.

The maisonette was absolutely beautiful!!! Very clean, spacious and well equipped for our 8 night stay. Nicola was extremely helpful with recommendations and what fits with what my son and I wanted to experience on our trip. Greeted and taken to our apartment, and given a bottle of local wine! Wow!! A great start. Excellent communication, checked if we needed anything. 2 bedroom very spacious for my son and I, even for couples or families. Location was perfect, everything is accessible don't worry. Able to leave our luggage. 10 out of.10 for everything, highly recommend.😊🤩. Would have loved to stay longer. You wont be disappointed. I will definitely book again with the rest of my family.

Host was really welcoming and gave some great recommendations! Dany House is around a 20 minute walk from the historic town so it was alot quieter. Parked at a public carpark which was around 5 minutes away and charges €15/day. Room and bathroom were large and both clean

It is a first floor by stairs. Nicolas has helped with the luggage, but I think that's something to take into account if you have mobility problems.

Nicola is a great host. He explained everything that was nearby, restaurants, how to get from/to the hotel. It is not very close to the main attractions in Florence but it is easy to walk or take a bus or tram if needed.

Brilliant host, so helpful, very clean and comfortable, great beds and linens, so nice when travelling! Nice extras, even a bottle of wine! Easy walk 15-20mins to main centre and river.

There isn’t much to criticize!

We were in Firenze primarily for MotoGP at Mugello but also for the sites in the city center. Access to both was simple and easy. Nicola was fantastic and very helpful - he sent us many options and we will be using his knowledge to plan our next trip!

The location is not in the middle of the city, but you can get there on foot.

The room was very cute and clean. We enjoyed very much to stay in this room. The host was very kind and already send a text via whatsapp the day before.
