Breakfast can have a bit more variety but nevertheless, fresh and welcoming.

A lovely hotel with very nice staff - all were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are nice, the location is in town center so a big bonus as you're close to everything you need. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants are in very close vicinity so very comfortable. Room is a bit small but was acc. to our expectations. Good choice if you want the location in Montova city center.

Extremely bad service in the hotel "restaurant" when we went for lunch: - The waitress was quite disrepectful and treated us with disdain - Service was slow: 45 mins before we got served two meat and cheese platters and 1h before we got our mains - One of the dishes was inedible (but they agreed to take it off the bill) - Portions were very disparate (one portion of lasagne was literally the double of the other one). Breakfast was good for the price, but I think it was good mostly because we didn't have to deal with the waitress. I wouldn't really recommend eating there if possible.

The hotel is in an exceptional location in the city centre and they have some parking spots. The reception staff was really helpful and friendly.

Transport of the bottles and other staff in the corridor once a day. Lots of noise. Not possible to sleep during that issue in the misdle of the day.

Excellent location, staff were very helpful and friendly. Different parking options as well which they helped with and we only paid 5 Euros for parking overnight. Overlooked a beautiful old square and 2 minute walk from local restaurants.

Beforehand you have to think about how to park your car, because the hotel is in the limited traffic zone. No problem, but be aware of it. The breakfast buffet was of average quality.

Right on the main piazza of Mantua, so a superb location. The room was spacious, with a lovely view of the piazza.

Only 1 elevator and a very slow one ...

In the middle of the Mantova center is this the perfect location to visit the city. Ths staff sowed us a good car park and we could give the bike in custody dutring our stay. Breakfast was very good ,friendly staff

aircon didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was limited…. but we didn’t need either, so no worries.

Excellent location and great breakfast. The garage close by worked out great. It is a very old historic building- but still a well functioning hotel. Nice staff.

One small gripe - the fridge in the room was right beside the bed - and it was a bit noisy during the night.

The location, right beside the ducal palace, couldn't be bettered. The room was compact, but sparkling, and the staff efficient.

Breakfast was poor. Served in the cafe, hotel guests have to have the coffee from the machine and not barista coffee from the counter. Many guests were baffled by this. Hot food was tepid and greasy.

Wonderful location with a great view. Comfortable room, exceptionally clean. Helpful reception staff. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. 15 minutes from railway station on foot.

Delightful position with a splendid view from our window of the piazza with the Palazzo Ducale and Cathedral It is very convenient to be able to take meals in the restaurant where one goes for breakfast in the morning , as part of the hotel deal. You pay for meals (lunch and dinner) separately, according to what you chose, but the food and view are both delightful. Warmly recommendedfrom every point of view.

The room was very spacious and with a wonderful view of the main square from this historic building. The location is superb, and very close to restaurants and the main attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It could not have been better.
