I go to Florence often, have stayed in various hotels, and I finally found my favorite hotel that I am definitely going back. It's modern, clean, spacious, (it's actually much better than what you see in the photos), really quiet, has a good lighting, and I had a very warm welcome at the reception. I got to take a good rest. Highly recommended!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The hotel was very nice and only 10 minutes from the center and 5 minutes from the train station. The couple who own the hotel were very helpful and really very friendly. Told us where to eat well etc. The room was very nice, large and had a balcony. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds in any hotel. It had a memory foam mattress. You could make tea and coffee in the room, you even had two water bottles that you can refill in the lobby at any time without paying. We hadn't booked breakfast but it looked very good.

The air conditioner can't be activated from the room sometimes it was hot in the room without possibility to change the temperature

We loved the Hotel Delle Camelie, it is a small hotel with personal service. Everything was clean and beautiful, the staff were helpful and kind, location great. Would absolutely recommend!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

It is perfectly located. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was traveling with my husband and my 2 teens. The size of the room was very comfortable for us and the bathroom also.

The Hotel Manager, Giovanni, was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was fabulous, very clean, quiet and new. The amenities were great, with coffee, tea and water available in your home, along with delicious wafers. The TV was awesome as you could use it to connect to the internet and from there, log into your Hulu / Netflix to watch shows. The location was the best. Short 7 minute walk from the train station, a bakery across the street and little market at the end of the street. The walk into the hustle and bustle of Florence was only about 15 minutes, so close enough to all the action but far enough from all the noise. Would definitely stay there again.

It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. It seems like it is a family business. All staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t rich but quite enough and tasty. I highly recommend this place to stay
