A 4 star hotel shouldn't have a gravel drive way full of holes. Fortunately the weather was dry and there were no puddles to drive a walk through.

The wifi was quite a challenge and there is not much in regards to walking distance unless you are going to a work location (which i was).

Comfortable room, easy to get to location and staff was helpful setting me up with a ride to the airport.

The area for walking. Yes its not far from a lovely cafe and the station yet unless you have a car, walking along the street is scary as for most of it there's no sidewalk, i got shouted by a few drivers for where i was walking which was right by the fence and walls as i wasn't on a side walk despite there not being one. Also the food was alright but the night time buffet isnt much of an option, mostly stuff that i was allergic too so couldn't have.

The room and staff was amazing, except for my last few nights when people from the room above and the room behind mine proved its not sound proof.

We had two rooms one was cold with air conditioning the other was hot with heat and we couldn’t control the temp. I asked the front desk they sad the AC was off and heat was on. If I was cold to use the blanket. There was no blanket in the room. And then after going to bed I call the reception and the phone system did not work.

The facilities were kind of abandoned. Though the cleaniness in the room and bathroom was good, some objects were loose, broken or about to break.

AC was not working and couldn’t open the window because insects would come in, the mattress was really not good, there was no restaurant around (walking distance) and the hotel’s was closed.

The rooms weren't very sound proof so could hear other people in the hallways/rooms adjacent even if they weren't being too loud

The hotel is nice, but required some refreshment and cleaning and so doesn't correspond to the 4stars hotel. We've found it was quite expensive for the value it povides. The door of our room was always open and not closing even with the keys.

Nice hotel for the short break during the trip to south of Italy. Everything was as in the description provided. Breakfast is nice and reach, rooms are spacious and confortables., dogs are accepted for the additional charge of 15 euros (very expensive compare to others). Free parking next to the hotel. We were happy to have some small snacks in the evening at the bar as no other restaurants close to hotel.
