Everything was perfect! The room was nice, equipped with fitness equipment, which we loved! Bed was comfortable, room very nice and spacious and they offered baby cot for our baby. The hospitality is high class and Piero and the ladies are superb! We loved Rimini over all and are super glad that we chose this hotel. Perfetto

The location seems superb if you travel with a partner/spouse or business contacts, as there are many excellent restaurants nearby (walking distance). For a sole traveller like myself, I was missing bars/pubs nearby to mingle with locals. Might be due to the winter season, as quite a few places were closed.

Free secure parking was available next to the hotel; very valuable as I had my car full of expensive merchandise. The free bar downstairs is a nice plus; great choice of drinks, even though no other guests were there to chat. Very comfortable bed. Feels very gadgety and modern with all the keypads instead of physical keys/cards. The suite was very spacious and with excellent design down to the very last detail.

Amazing hotel suite. Everything was wonderful in our penthouse. Large terrace, partially covered, equipped with deckchairs, sitting area and shower. Large windows, excellent for quiet relaxation. The second (smaller) terrace is accessible directly from the bedroom. Windows and terraces allow views in all directions. You can see the sea (200m) and, for example, San Marino (20km). Fenced parking right next to the house. The apartment is accessible by stairs, as well as by an elevator that goes directly to the apartment. There is a kitchen. There is a park right next to the hotel, which our dog appreciated. Everything was wonderful, we liked it and would stay here again next time.

The design is amazing, and it is comfortable. The staff is again amazing and super nice. The location is prefect, the beach is just a couple of minutes away, and there are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. If you travel with dog, it is the perfect place to stay, our dog even got some welcome presents when we arrived. And there is a dog park just next to the hotel, which was a huge bonus.

- no safety deposit box in our room - depending on what you're after it's not smack in the middle of everything, but a 20 min walk will take you downtown, and there are plenty of great restaurants closer by, and the beach is very close (2 min tops).

I rarely write reviews but this time I really had to. We did last minutes changes to our travel plans and switched hotels to Demo, and I'm so happy we did. To highlight a few things that were great about our stay is hard, because there simply were so many. First of all the first impression we got after booking the hotel was excellent. We had som questions and the staff answered quickly. We then got to check in online which gave us quick and supereasy access to our room and all the facilities. We were bringing dogs, and they got to stay free of charge, and were met with a welcome dinner and food bowls. We've been beyond happy with our stay, and of all the hotels I've stayed at this one has a shared first place. I would choose to stay anywhere else if demo is available. We even changed our travel plans to be able to stay a bit longer. - big, spacious suites - everything you can wish for in the room - interesting design, we got a room that also serves as a private gym. Interior design buffs are going to love this place. - parking available free of charge - everything in the hotel is free: coffee, cold drinks, laundry machine. - the staff brought us baked goods for breakfast. - nice common area with stuff to do for the creative minds. - Beach 2 min walk - plenty of restaurants in the area Bonus for those with dogs: - Park right outside with loads of dog friends, and an enclosed dog area. - pets stay free of charge - welcome dinner for the 4 legged. Again, we've been so happy with our stay. Our compliments to the owners, you've done a great job, this truly is a place with a great concept, we felt right at home.

We spent a good time in Demo hotel. If you like new technologies it for you! Appartamet is very beautiful wiht creative and impesion design. If you like new technologies it for you! Location is good, near the beach and few good restorans. Manager of hotel always stayed stayed in touch and  help us.
