We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is beautiful and traditional with stunning views across the Alps. The staff were exceptionally friendly and were kind and courteous during our stay. The food in the restaurant is traditional, local, homemade and good value for money. Parking in front of the hotel was easy and convenient. We only stayed for one night en route to Tuscany, but we will definitely be back!

My partner and I had an amazing stay in this lovely hotel tucked away in the nondescript corners of Saint-Rhemy. Beautiful view from the hotel balcony, great service from the staff, and dinner in the hotel restaurant is fantastic! The manager really took care of the guests. We would always appreciate his enthusiasm and for introducing us local Genepi. He got us to taste it, and we loved it that we bought a bottle. Thanks for everything ❤️
