Fantastic location - so close to the main square. Very modern and secure - very nice staff and great room. Huge bathroom, but the shower is quite tiny! Overall a really good stay for one night.

Parking is difficult. Construction in the sgtreet at the time of our visit detracted from our stay but should be completed eventually. But parking will need to be a good walk away

Don’t understand why hotels in Italy don’t have tea and coffee facilities in rooms.

This is our second time at Di Sabatino resort. Only 50 meters from the famous Piazza del Popolo right in the historical centre of Ascoli Piceno. Modern hotel offering a spacious room that was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. Staff were highly professional and incredibly friendly. Adequate breakfast offered every morning on the third floor.

The construction on the road in front of the hotel, but that couldn’t be helped.

The staff was helpful and friendly. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Loved the kiwi fruit at breakfast. Good restaurants were very close. The washing machine in the room was super. The kitchen in the room was a big plus.

nice breakfast on the top floor. we were close to the main piazza and even on a cool winter evening everything was walking distance. Overnight car part was an easy 15 minute walk away.

Breakfast is great! Many choices, sweet and savoury and all delicious. Personnel in the breakfast room is nice and welcoming. The room was clean and very welcoming and warm. The style I liked it

We had a late check-in and there's no one at the counter; a simple phone call was enough to get the card. No fault of the hotel but other guests initially let us into the (empty) lobby, then belligerently insisted we get out immediately, even though it was obvious we had a reservation and had our luggage. As if they worked there! A horrible initial experience on account of no evening staff and crazy people. This is not a "Resort" and this word puts expectations forward, which aren't fulfilled here. Wifi mostly didn't work. The rooms were very plainly furnished Ikea style. No place to put luggage. No place to set bath supplies, of course, so you end up balancing your dopp kit off the end of the toilet or bidet etc. The poor breakfast staff was massively overworked, having to make and serve coffee and also replenish food and supplies, and also bus tables. So of course tables go un-bussed, and of course the best tables (a few outside) go un-bussed the longest. In short, this is an understaffed, Ikea-furnished hotel, not a "resort." My expectations would have been in line without that title.

Great location and modern, large shower; soundproofed windows worked well. The breakfast assortment was fine; variety of pastries, savories, and yoghurt. Location was optimal. Electrical outlets by the bed were welcome and useful. Good price.
